Would not stay again. While the rooms were clean, the front desk staff was quite rude. I booked a room for five and there were not enough towels and no bedding available for the pull out. Hotel halls are quite long and there were no luggage carts available. Staff told me there was only one working cart, but they had lost it. The hotel location is scary with many homeless people wandering outside. This was so bad that the hotel lobby doors are actually locked unless they buzz you in or you have a key card. We did not feel safe here.

Business and Couples excape The Hotel staff was fabulous and cheerful. Check in was smooth and staff was kind and amazing. Everything went down hill from there. I booked a full Kitchen suite. What I got was a room with holes in the wall dirty carpet and floors and a broken Microwave. And lights missing in lamps when all this was reported to front desk they apologized but nothing will be fixed for a few days. We also attempted to use the pool but there was diapers … Human feces and trash floating all over… No way was this acceptable and this also was reported to front desk there response was too many families was here and pool can’t be cleaned for a few days

Horror Hostel Hotel Nasty dark and dirty hotel, depression and misery lives in the halls and walls. I felt as though I was walking through a morgue. The lady named Peace at the front desk was nice and a little short with her words but she sent my partner and I to two rooms, one looked as if someone was lying in the bed, dirt and trash all over the floor. The next room looked like no one updated the decor since the late 60's. Please save your money for a nicer place, raise your standards. Waste of time and money, also in a neighborhood that completely is falling apart and not in a good way.

Disgusting and scary Once we arrived 3 cops were questioning a large group of rif raf. There is a strong smell of urine as soon as you get out of your car. Cigarette butts are everywhere, trash, bottles, cans, everything is stained. The room smelled like cigarettes and throw up. The floors made our feet black. We had to keep our shoes on the whole time in our room People yelled and argued all over the place. The rooms had nothing. No fork no knife no nothing. The carpets had huge stains along with all the sheets. I went to the store and bought sheets for my stay. It’s horrifyingly disgusting there. Stay clear unless your homeless and desperate.

Good and friendly The management help me beyond their duty . I have unfortunate even. Hotel save ,frienly,close by everything. Parking free Wi-Fi. Family oriented and 24 /7 front desk.linen service ,kitchen and I don't know what else, I just plain happy When you booked ,be sure PAID TO RESERVED ROOM.
