The flamingo experience So flamingo is a hotel where either you will hate it or love it , it by far has the best location of any hotel on the strip ..location location location is everything staff is nice and for what you get I think this is one of the best budget hotels on the strip , rooms are a little outdated and even the renovated ones some things don’t work leaves room for desirement . The staff is kind the food court is like any other but they do stay open later than others. Bottom line for the price you pay you are getting a deal . There is also a vibe while cosmopolitan Venetian have a more upscale vibe , the flamingo out of any casino has a more fun and inviting atmosphere where if you go over to the restaurant/ club bar area you are definitely gonna make new friends and enjoy the simplicity of drinks music gambling and fun I give this hotels 5 stars despite the complaints I have because most of it is aesthetics definitely recommend if it’s your first time

Awesome girls trip! We loved this hotel! Our room was clean, water was hot instantly, bed was comfortable with a pillow top mattress and the feather down pillows were the best! We stayed in one of the flamingo rooms in the Spa tower with a high roller view. Walking the grounds was relaxing. The garden area was gorgeous and well kept and the small waterfalls was a nice touch. I would definitely stay here again.

Only one pool of three open Overall a very nice hotel for the price. The room was clean as was the hotel in general. Staff was great. Only thing keeping it from 5 stars was the fact that I mostly booked on the fact that they had a large pool area with multiple pools, but when I stayed, only one pool was open and it was very crowded and there was no place to sit. I was told that they noted the fact that the pool area was under construction on their website, but I booked through Expedia. Had I known, I would have stayed elsewhere. I asked the staff if they could refund at least one day of the resort fee, but they said they could not do that _

Stay elsewhere pools are under construction I would definitely not recommend this place to anyone. There are huge lineups everywhere especially at the front desk. You can’t even get any help there. You’re waiting in line a minimum of 45 minutes. The pools are closed they’re under construction in the scorching heat you need a place to cool off there’s only one pool opened and it’s extremely packed with no chairs at all by 9 AM unless you wanted to pay to rent them. People literally had their towels on the cement. It was extremely overcrowded. The pool closures were not advertised otherwise I would never have booked to stay here. The resort fees are extremely high when it provides no amenities. The Wi-Fi barely worked. I had to keep rebooting my phone to get a signal. Two device limit for $56 USD is ridiculous. The room was old and outdated and at the end of a super long hallway so far from the elevator. There is no where to sit not even a bench to sit and relax for a minute, you literally have to be at a slot machine or at a restaurant or bar if you want to sit otherwise you have to go to your room. I went to talk to the front desk manager and she was very unpleasant and not helpful at all she acted like she did not even care about my concerns so much for providing customer service. I will never stay here again. Prices are ridiculously high for any type of food or drink.

Vacation somewhere else The hotel offered no services with my medical device. 1. Needed a microwave to warm up water, all the vendors and Cesar Palace sister company Flamigo offered NOTHING to help me or accommodate my special needs, outside vender wanted to charge for a cup of hot water, which I could only use distilled water. 2. Asked for room to get straighten - that was a joke. 3. Everything here for price, food, beverages, snacks, car services like Taxi etc was Ridiculous high. 3x of what the Midwest pays. 4. Oh be careful at any outside restaurants, they charge for everything AND they WILL not let you know UNTIL you get the bill. AND if you have any food allergies BE WARE. They don’t even ask when they put the food down on the table.
