Pricey and not much in return Really overpriced and not that great of service there are much better places to stay. If you're a gambler definitely look elsewhere and make sure the pool is open it was still closed and we were told it would be open it's still under construction

You can do better Room was renovated but the way they had the shower designed was awful. It's only half glass and it does not move, so water completely comes outside the other half getting the floor all wet. Outlets are all loose or broke leaving me not to be able to charge devices. If you don't pay for Wi-Fi you only get one bar or less inside. Pillows are feather junk. Bed had a dip in it the size of the grand canyon. There was hair and other small trash in the room and bathroom.

If there is no pool, what is the resort fee for? Just want to say in case people don’t know: the adult pool is closed for repairs- so only a small family pool which was very crowded. Not fun! Shower had only half door, so water everywhere after shower Also no hot water in sink at night. The garden was very pretty, though. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Deplorable. Lies told to get your reservation then nothing!!! Lies lies lies. Beware! The adult pool is not open. $40 to early check in. Promise of coffee maker in room, lie.... Food is expensive. Lost lots of money in gambling and Zero comps. Flamingo was beyond disappointing. Hosts and front desk could care less of your complaints.

Don’t stay there, there are better options out there! Room was not clean (surfaces all dirty). They made a mistake with our reservation: we booked 2 nights and after the first night they try to enter our room twice without notification, thinking that we had checked out. We wasted 1 hour that day to solve the problem, they gave us 50 dollars voucher for drinks. When we tried to use the 50 dollars, it was not available, and we wasted another hour figuring things out again. They treated us disrespectfully. They clearly don’t care about their customers! I do not recommend this hotel!
