Stay away for your health This place should be shut down by the health inspector. It’s disgusting, there is pigeon crap everywhere and I mean everywhere. It’s beyond filth it has its own pandemic. Saying that pandemic is praising this place. The whole balcony area was covered in pigeon crap. When I first see it I thought it had been painted a white and grey colour but then realised it was pigeon poo. Along with the three nests on the balcony floor. Please please stay away from here it is a real HEALTH RISK. that is the outside it gets worse on the inside. even the rats have moved out its that bad. As far as the lobby area goes, you can forget any refunds whatsoever, I see a woman complaining about no hot water that ended up her almost slapping the manager and checking out right then. no refund. Just the promise in 24hrs. She got nothing refunded. I traveled all over vegas and this is by far the worse of the worst. This dangerous to your safety your wallet and above all else your health. If they paid me a $1000 a night, I still wouldn’t stay here. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED

Staff are very friendly but hotel could use a refresh Very nice front desk staff, but room especially the bathroom could use a remodel. Close enough to restaurants & casinos to walk to, about 2 blocks to the strip. Asked for a 320am wake up call & phone rang at 245am, please fix this

Do not book a room here! I booked a room for a conference that was happening in October 2021. Unfortunately, I ended up with a stomach bug, and the conference coordinator recommended that anyone who was sick to not attend the conference. I complied, and reached out to the hotel to speak with a manager about getting a refund. Hotel staff and assistant manager were the absolute worst ever to deal with. They are rude and unhelpful. They have a no refund policy, which isn't right. Due to the situation we're all in worldwide, they made no concessions in refunding my money. I called 5 days in a row and was told each time the manager would be in the next day. When I was finally sent to his voicemail, I couldn't leave a message because his inbox was full. I tried again in a couple of weeks and was met with rude staff, again. I was finally able to leave a message for the manager and he has yet to return my call four months later. DO NOT BOOK A ROOM AT THIS HOTEL!!!

Would not recommend this place The staffs are nice and very approachable. But the place is terrible!! *** Checked in at 2:00pm got the all the keys! Then we headed to our room, keys wasn’t working. We went back to the front desk and was told we have to wait a couple minutes to get the key working. (We waited more than 30mins) *** We got 3 rooms (2 connecting and one detached from the other rooms) the door to the rooms that are connected doesnt even have a door knob. *** the shower are disgusting. *** the bedside table/cabinet has a huge hole. *** we also noticed bed bugs

Beware of Smoking Charge Even If You Are Non Smoker! This hotel was newly branded from the Fortune Hotel & Suites. It is located adjacent to a strip club that was on Bar Rescue, which should give you the impression you need to stay away. First room my hotel key didn't work. The hallways reeked of weed and bad decisions. Paint peeling away on walls and doors leading to rooms that have seen better days. I have dealt with motels before and being a Saturday, this was the best rate I could get under $100. Plus I thought as a Diamond member, maybe I would get upgraded to one of the suites they have. No upgrade and my second room had dried blood stains on carpet by the loud fridge. Since I was only here to sleep, everything else was uneventful until week after check out. I noticed my deposit had not been returned and when I inquired, was told it was due to smoking in room. I am a non smoker and irritated by this so wish to speak to the manager named LeeAnn. Of course I can not reach her on the phone and the staff does not give out her email or direct line. Still fighting to get the fraudulent $130 smoking fee of my bill weeks later. There are so many other places to stay in Las Vegas and to say this hotel is The Strip is quite a stretch. It is over 1 mile away so figure 15-30 minute walk to the actual Las Vegas Blvd.
