It’s all changed for the worst. Well here goes, I waited until I returned home to do this review. We've been longtime FSH clients, been to numerous FS over a span of ten years or so, always faithful to the brand. Living in Las Vegas, we'd spend every other weekend throughout the year at this location for the luxury, fabulous food and service. Well those days are apparently over, after eight nights in a studio suite (booked on points, couldn't cancel) at this location, we won't be returning. First off, since they've gotten into the mattress selling biz, they've downgraded their mattresses to make a profit. Their 'plush top' was like sleeping on concrete. I had to jimmyrig it with Euro pillows, it still was hard as a rock. The rooms are no longer luxurious, they are cold with a touch of communist grey. The food is fine, but you pay top dollar for just fine. We spent the majority of time at the pool, but it's changed in just a year as well. Seems they are really going for the whole DEl thing, hard. They give off a vibe that's uninviting towards to vacationers, more geared towards the DEI/ESG worker bees. And we refuse to partake in their 'wokeness' with their teeny tiny cartons of water. The cans sucked, the the cartons of water are just as awful. Figi anyone? We'd been planning on a vacation to the FS Maui or Lanai, but nope, can't imagine after what we've just experienced. Goodbye Four Seasons, it was nice knowing you.

An oasis for adults on the strip Stayed for two nights at the end of July. The Rooms were updated, large, and very clean. Staff were exceptionally friendly, from the front desk to the shops, spa, and pool. We enjoyed returning to our room to find nice little touches from the cleaning crew. The exercise room is well equipped and probably the nicest hotel gym I’ve ever been inside. Also, I was very grateful to receive a lower rate on my room at checkin, having noticed that rates were nearly half of what i had paid when booking the reservation six weeks prior. It was nice to have access to the Mandalay Bay pools, but they were overcrowded to the point that it was uncomfortable - The lazy river wasn’t even moving, it was so full of people! So it was very nice to come back to the quiet and relaxing four seasons pool. If you do wander to the Mandalay Bay pools, we were told that the four seasons has floats for the lazy river for guests to borrow so you can avoid spending $35/float. The only low point we experienced was that the umbrellas at the pool were lowered in the middle of the afternoon due to occasional wind. My Irish friend could not handle the sun, so we weren’t able to spend as much time at the pool as we had wanted or planned. I understand the circumstances but surely there are umbrellas out there that can better handle wind, and a 5-star hotel in Vegas can offer pool-side shade to their guests in middle of summer. Overall, i would definitely return. It’s a great escape from the chaos that is the Vegas strip, an adult oasis in the desert.

Will return Room was excellent. Peaceful hotel. Staff were all helpful and friendly especially Carlos in the spa. We ate twice at Veranda restaurant with excellent service and food. I thought it was good for what we got and will definitely return. It’s close to the airport so Kevin is not a big expense. There is a McDonald’s across the street so if you want reasonably price coffee, you can cross the street and avoid the charge in the lobby, which was not cheap. But all in all we loved it.

Nice stay away from gambling but not too far away This hotel was nice, it was off the strip and didn’t have a casino. Nice for a getaway. The walk to the Mandalay Bay wasn’t terribly far and there’s a secret door which leads you right to an escalator and then from there you’re basically in the lobby. it was very clean. The spa was decent although I wasn’t sure what other amenities they had available in the spa. Breakfast at the local restaurant there was really good food and top-notch service. They really want the extra mile with their service all around. Will revisit.
