SO VERY DISAPPOINTED Ok. So here is the deal. ... we have been patrons for quite some time in Las Vegas and The D resorts..and really make it a point to gamble at the Golen Gate. Unfortunately this evening our perception totally changed... YES. We were drinking.. after all you are in Vegas... and my hubby did spill a little beer on the table. I have seen much worse. UNTIL we had someone hit big at the table all was good. Once the other patron hit "big" (total perception) it went downhill from there. Everyone was having a good time. Shayn the pit boss made a HUGE deal of my husband spilling his beer on the table ( I am sure it is on tape). I totally understand you protecting your job BUT.. at the end of the day I have been in administrative rolls for a very long time... you do not treat your patrons that way.. shame on you Golen Gate and Shayn. Does this put a black mark on me/us.. probably.. however.. I tend to call a spade a spade.. My= Our tiny review is probably miniscule compare to other higher patrons, but I will speak my voice... as a side note. . BRANDON... you were great and did nothing wrong!!! I cannot tell you how disappointed I am with this outcome and it may change where and how we spend our time in the future in Las Vegas. Take it for what it is worth!!!

Damaged my car No integrity. The valet crashed my car and denied responsibility. Gave my car to valet dec 31st at 5pm and got my car back with a big long dent at 10am Jan 1st. They said they would pay after I made a claim but then said they didn't do it. It was obvious they did the damage. The card they checked off showed no damage when I gave it to valet but they give it back to me less than 24 hours later with a big dent. Newer mercedes had no damage when I gave it to them

Outdated, old noisy hotel on the strip Don't choose this hotel whatsover, especially the cheap options when you are booking the hotel Firstly the Self-parking is very far so you will have to carry your luggage very far. It is a small hotel and very old. Rooms are very outdated and right on the Fremont strip. Firstly about the room, very small, smelly, bathroom door would not even open, look at the photos. The bathroom has old tiles and very small space to move around. Room is on the Fremont strip and huge loud noise till 2 AM and then after for the entire night there will be huge speakers blasting all the time. The windows are old and not sound proof and also vibrate a lot. We asked the receptionist but no help there and no refunds. We tried sleeping but was a nightmare as could not sleep the entire night and woke up with a huge headache. Please take a look at the photos and decide for yourself, dirty, noise, small and outdated

Never again This hotel charges a 34.95 resort fee per night. There were no amenities. No coffee maker, fridge or microwave. You got 1 small bottle of shampoo, body wash and a tiny bar of soap. They were not replaced when the room was cleaned. There are no restaurants or places to eat. At night at the table games, it was like a strip joint, The girls danced on a platform and the dealers had very little on. Also the elevator broke down and you had to use the service elevator. It was creepy. The only thing good, the room was clean but the mattress was lumpy. It did have good wifi. Not worth the resort fee.

Please on't ask for water at Fremont Experience street bar Remember in Las Vegas the bars on Fremont Street do not have to give you water according to Nevada state liquor law they are exempt from it. Do not make the mistake of asking for water at a Fremont Street Bar. Security will ask well kindly escort you away unless you buy alcohol.
