Do not stay here Nasty - no body wash in the shower. Zero. Which mean the staff doesn't ever check the pumps at all. Still waiting for someone to bother to come up and give us some shower gel, there's no bars of soap so we have nothing to wash with. And of course no apology when i called. Because clearly this place doesn't care and has no managers monitoring their cleaning staff. Go elsewhere

Never again. Safety. Golden Nugget, the D and Circa all have entrances to their casinos from the infamous Fremont Street. Yet only the Golden Nugget neglects to have security check ID's at the door facing Fremont. We experienced harassment from undesireables asking for money while we were using slots. My partner asked the security guard about this and his response was "there's nothing we can do about it" ... Really? Our room was reasonable for the price but no refrigerator. Floor lamp broken had to call housekeeping for another, which was provided promptly. Rooms need major upgrades. Prices at in-house restaurants are outrageous. Staying guests should get discount on those restaurants. We will not stay there again and will advise our friends & Families about these issues.

The Nugget has fallen I stayed in the Nugget for a friend's birthday weekend. I reserved a corner suite in the Rush tower. Check in was a total failure... When I pay double the price of a regular room, I expect a little better service. I go to check in at the Rush tower check in desk. There's a little sign directing you to drag all your luggage over to the Gold desk (no instructions on where that is). On the way to find it, I saw my friends going to the Carson desk. I wanted to speak to someone but they seemed to only offer check in at the Carson tower kiosks. That was fine, I guess. Then, I have to haul all my luggage all the way to the Rush tower elevators. What a LOUSY first impression. MANY different ways to handle this. Offer a complimentary bellhop or at the unimpressive least, a secure place to leave your luggage while you're walking all over with bad signage trying to figure out where to go. If you know that the desk will be closed, send the hours out ahead of time (with maybe an explanation as to why the suite rooms get offered the crappiest check in option). I enter the room. It seemed nice enough. You can hear the music from Fremont street but that doesn't bother me. I check out the bathroom. The floor of the bathtub was gross. VERY dirty grey. I take a refresher shower and then realize that the shower floor is dirty because your feet get filthy walking on the carpet in the room (and I didn't even walk sock-less much)! So now I am wondering... if they don't care enough to shampoo the carpet once in a while... do they clean the pillows, couch, mattress, etc? Doubt it. My friends showed up and we went out. On the surface, the room is pretty cool. Stay there and you'll discover the lack of cleanliness. I stayed at the D in July (with access to the Circa pool) and was much more pleased. Nugget management is going to have to pick up their game to truly compete with the competition. At this point, it feels like the owner is taking every penny of profit with no interest in reinvesting in the future.

Horrible- I was robbed My room was broken into and items were stolen. When I approached the Manager-Dezarae she directed me to security. She didn’t offer an apology, she seemed annoyed that I was visibly upset over her indifference and feeling unsafe in this hotel. I asked her what next steps are ( after dealing with security) and she said nothing. Once again she didn’t offer any comments about happened, or any words at all. She simply looked at me and said nothing. When I asked her if she had any comments at all she simply said “ What do you want me to say?” I honestly was dumbfounded at her sheer indifference and how rude she was with me. She actually became quite rude. I’ve given my statement to security and I’ve placed 2 follow up calls as directed to talk about possible compensation. I’m yet to get a call back. I will never return to a hotel where my room is robbed and management is rude. I was not offered any compensation, apology, and I felt quite nervous in my room following the robbery.

Rating casino only. Horrible The worst experience ever. I am reviewing the casino only. The minute you walk into it, it seems that you are thrown into the bottom of the ashtray. The smell of smoke is so powerful and overwhelming, I couldn’t breathe. Many casinos we visited in Vegas allowed to smoke, but only in Downtown Vegas we experienced this horrible smoke smell. The casinos on the strip must have better ventilation and air purification, as we didn’t smell cigarettes so much. Another thing is that the chairs in the casino are so tacky and sticky, I don’t want to sit in them So literally we just walked in, looked around and rushed to leave the place.
