Horrible Customer Service Horrible Customer Service, employees are very dismissive and disrespectful. Phone and counter service were horrible. No people skills whatsoever. Online shuttle says every 30 minutes, girl on the phone says old us to catch a Uber the shuttle is a courtesy

Home Away From Home I have been staying at this property regularly since April 2024 for work. I really appreciate the staff being so attentive in taking care of my needs—Front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, dining room staff, and shuttle drivers. Everyone has a friendly face. The staff greets me by name when I step on that shuttle and walk through the hotel doors. The very first time I stayed here, I was greeted by the most amazing shuttle drivers named Clark. I always look forward to seeing him each time I return and he provides the same level of hospitality each time. He has always made me feel welcomed being that this is a new crew base for me. Every time I return he says, ”Welcome Home.” Clark has really set the tone for the experience I have received here at the Hampton Inn & Suites Las Vegas Airport.

Convenient, well-kept hotel We had a perfectly comfortable stay after a late-night arrival. Hotel is near airport but quite well soundproofed. Room was clean and functional, bed comfortable, breakfast good, an all-around good experience for a standard hotel chain.

Avoid if you can Avoid if you can! The hotel is not very well kept, the elevators from the start had an unpleasant smell and are not in the best shape. The room I was place was old, the towels were even older and the worst pillows I ever encountered. At night is not safe, with homeless people (from a park a cross the street) wandering around the hotel’s parking lot. The staff we encountered were mostly terrible, from the condescending attitude of the concierge checking inn, to the BS excuse when we asked for soap for the bathroom, to one cleaning lady entering while we still at the room. The only exception to the whole hotel was the lady in charge of the breakfast, she os courteous, attentive and friendly ; its because of her that I give 2 stars otherwise would have been 0

Great hotel near airport We had a great night at this hotel before an early morning flight out of the Las Vegas airport. I really scoured reviews as most of the Las Vegas hotels don't get very good ones and this seemed better than most. They were right! It was very comfortable, clean and quiet. The view of trees and neighborhood from the large window (facing rear of hotel) was a pleasant surprise, and the room was bright and cheerful. We used Grubhub to order delicious burgers and fries from R Burger which is relatively nearby. We had a great night's sleep. The airport shuttle was super convenient. We returned our rental car the night before our flight, and took the shuttle back to the hotel - very easy and prompt. Then we signed up for it again in the morning, again, right on time and just a short ride. An airline pilot was on the shuttle with us both trips, and I just think that goes to show what a good choice this hotel is.
