Great convention hotel and off the strip This is the hotel I stay at each time I’m in Vegas. It is very easy to get to and off the strip. Great for a convention hotel. If your looking for a spectacular view, this may not be your hotel. The rooms on the north side face the convention center and although the south side has some views, not spectacular. I love the rooms in this hotel, it feels like a mini suite. The rooms are clean. The staff was great. They do have a parking garage right behind the hotel. Breakfast isn’t free, and it’s a bit pricey but the omelette is good. They didn’t have coffee out but I think that was due to COVID. I rarely have issues at Marriott hotels and this one is no exception. Highly Recommend. My only critique is that the tub drained slow.

Small Scale Hotel with Upscale Customer Service We’ve planned a quick weekend getaway to Las Vegas in July. I had appointments to visit some customers and brought my family together along the trip. We stayed at the Las Vegas Marriott which was a fairly new hotel right across from the convention center. You can walk across the street and within 100 steps you are inside the convention center. The hotel is much smaller scale compare to other Marriott’s we stayed in the past, but it does offer you enough amenities like a social eatery space, fitness room, outdoor pool, restaurant, meeting room, bar and EV charge station. The unique custom built onsite social meeting area is set up underneath the garage with chair, tables, sofas, two corn holes and two big screen TV’s We didn’t tried the pool because it was over 110 degrees out there when we stayed, but we did use their fitness room which was very new and clean. They offer the latest treadmills and elliptical models along with free weights. The self-parking offers two Tesla charging station and also about 6 to 8 regular EV charging station inside the parking area. We have booked a regular room using our Marriott Bonvoy free night to a king and sofa sleeper for two nights, the General Manager Keith Gamberg was kind enough to upgrade us to a two queen beds in a high floor overviewing the Wynn and Encore Hotel and Casino. Along with the reservation Mr. Gamberg also prepared balloons, sweets and strawberry chocolate for one of my daughter for her birthday. As a Platinum Elite Member, we are always in good hands when staying with any of the Marriott group hotels and resorts. With our member level, we usually get free breakfast for two each morning. However, Mr. Gamberg has instructed the restaurant to allow us enjoy free breakfast for the four of us. Overall, although this was not an upscale hotel like JW Marriott, Westin or the Cosmopolitan in Vegas, the treatment we received from front desk or behind the scene were way more than what we could have asked. Thank you Mr. Gamber and the entire team at Las Vegas Marriot, you guys deserve a big shout out!!

Absolutely Awesome With the hospitality industry suffering all over the US, expectations are naturally low. This hotel broke the mold. It’s been years since I’ve experienced this level of customer service. Every single employee I encountered was extremely nice, welcoming and offered to go the extra mile. I can’t say enough good things about this hotel and their staff. Thank you!

Good solid place to stay by Convention Ctr Needed quick overnight stay on busy Friday night stay and stayed here. Very functional typical Marriott. Staff checkin was a breeze and upgraded us to bigger room 1403. Parking is $20 a night which isnt bad and in adjoining lot which is part of property. Breakfast was comped due to elite status and was nice breakfast. No complaints and would recommend if you know the Marriott brand you get standard Marriott fare.

Not the same The hotel rooms needed a remodel and seem extremely worn over the last several years. The usual elite friendly desk was not the same either. The male at check in was curt, abrupt, fake friendly and seemed put off. Checkout staff was better the next day. At checkin, the desk wanted customers to place their id and credit card on a serving tray that was used for many prior customers without cleaning in between. Uggghh!! Why not hold up the aid and show it thru the plexiglass. I was a little surprised to see the front desk all Asians with no diversity. Elites were offered a hot breakfast and Gloria, the breakfast wait staff was a gem. The hotel was surprisingly full and hopping. The convention center construction across the street was complete and pretty nice looking.
