There were several things that did not work or needed replacement. Just a few off the top of my mind; The bedroom TV screen was damaged, the light in the makeup mirror was out. The stovetop did not work at all. The coffee cups were expresso small. The drapes in the living room 3 or flour first pleats were broken, just hanging. Most of the drapes' electric mechanics did not work... The furniture looked very old and worn out. Certainly needed cleaning. I did not want to sit on the desk chair without towels covering it. The carpet in all the halls and this unit needed to be cleaned. It is a shame when the unit is beautiful. Bring your own towels. All the towels are like sandpaper!

You get a little bit more than you paid for when booked through Luxury Suites International I booked through Luxury Suites International via Chase Ultimate Rewards. I was at first hesitant the hat this was a Scam as I paid only $67 a night. However, upon doing my research, I became more confident. When booking through LSI your reservation is managed by then, so if you want early check-in, you'll have to call them directly as the front desk can't help you there. Upon my arrival everyone at the Signature was super kind. They held my luggage until check-in and have me a key to the pool. I was also able to access the spa at the MGM Grand. You are priviledge at all the amenities at the MGM Grand. The room was sous-bois and exactly as there pictures showed. I will note here that the quality off the room was not as nice as I assumed it would be if it was upkept by The Signature rather than a private party. These couch was visibly dirty, though tidy. The headboard's textile covering was torn on one panel, the toilet paper holder was loose and the roll Keith faking to the floor and the shower was quite clean but mold could be spotted in some hard to reach places. This is why I say you get a little more than what you pay for. The bathroom is huge with two sinks, a shower, a separate Jacuzzi tub and a toilet room (with a phone). The kitchenette featured a microwave, a two-burner stove top, sink with garbage disposal, blender, coffee maker and toaster as well as dishware, cookware, and a mini fridge. My mother and I stayed here and had a lovely time. We're enjoyed all the space in the room, the huge bathroom, and the really kind staff. I would recommend this place anyone who can handle a room that is slightly worn. Oh and did I mention NO RESORT FEE?!

Worst experience I’ve had recently Check in is a nightmare, valet is a nightmare this hotel made my stay much less enjoyable. Wouldn’t touch this hotel with a ten foot pole. Been in line to check in for 20 minutes and haven’t moved. People picking up their cars waiting for 20-30 minutes. Hotel very dirty. Very disappointed.

Bait & Switch I booked a room with Signature Suites through their website in May 2019 for April 2020. I received an email this week saying I have been moved to the MGM Grand because they overbooked Signature Suites MGM. I called to talk to them about this because not only was I moved to a hotel that is not as convenient, it is also a much smaller room (King bed vs. King Suite with 2 bathrooms and kitchen). I am being charged 3x's what they charge for the MGM Grand King size room because the price I paid for Signature was a suite. They told me the only thing they can do for me was cancel the reservation. I asked for a room with 2 queen beds at MGM Grand and they told me those are sold out. However when I look online I see rooms with 2 queens available for $1,200 a night (rooms that are normally $85/night). MGM is greedy, rude and not well run. We have stayed at MGM and Signature many times over the last 15 years and it has definitely gone downhill.
