I'm not here to impress, I'm here to sleep. I wanted a place within walking distance to the convention center, and didn't want to spend a fortune for a place to sleep. Yes it's an older facility, but back in it's hey day it would have been considered a top drawer Motel. My first room, although marked 'non-smoking' smelled of smoke so I asked for a different room and moved. The staff was courteous and friendly. The rooms were spacious and more like a suite, but definitely dated. That's OK, it's what I expected from the previous reviews.

Andres is the best It is perfect for my 5 days stays. and front desk Andres made so much difference. I felt so welcome and taken care of. My room was plenty for what I needed, and I was so close to my parking space which are free and plenty.

Don’t waste your money Dismal. Uncomfortable beds. Trash in the room Always police presence. Not in a good way. Last time in the room next to me.

It’s a dump! Total dump! 1.5 Star at best. Popcorn on the ceiling indicates they haven’t renovated since the ‘70s. Holes in carpet. Tub looks gross. Restaurant /Bar is depressing and teeny - maybe only 9 tables. It’s a dump.
