Super location and experience We visited this property for the first time and were impressed. We had booked two bedroom apartment and were pleasantly surprised that these were two separate units with a door combining them. The check-in was smooth and the staff explained about the property. The room was clean and the bathroom had two showers making it fun. There was an additional huge bathtub next to the bathroom and near the bed. That was quite unique. The teenage kids had their own room to have fun. The valet service for car was quite efficient. While at times there was waiting, but the staff was managing it well. Highly recommended property,

Great location The location was wonderful! We had a one bedroom villa and it was nice. The crowds of people in the lobby was crazy most of the day. It would have been nice to have a restaurant on site because it was HOT! The sofa sleeper in our villa was so uncomfortable to sit on. I was afraid it would be impossible to sleep on it so I made reservations for my son to have his own room with a bed.

Great Location for a timeshare! We traded our timeshare for this resort and we were not disappointed. We love the location the best but the room was great. We had the two bedroom with two entrances. This was great to use for our over 21 sons to use to not bother us in the main part. The beds were comfortable but the comforter was so hot! I ended up using the blanket in the room for the pull out sofas. That was much better!! The bathroom was amazing with the two shower-heads and the tub was so big and great. There were two sinks in different parts also that was kind of interesting. I could spread out all of my stuff in the bedroom part and my husband had his in the bathroom part. Loved that the remote had Netflix we could sign in and watch. Also the sofa and chairs were comfy. The kitchen was well stocked except we had to ask for pans to cook eggs in. They left those out. Pools were kind of small but I really like the rooftop one and the DJ on Friday and Saturday was nice. We could sit up there and enjoy the view with some music (that wasn't too loud). My family and I had a great time! Loved our stay and will be back.

Home away from home right off the Las Vegas strip We frequent Marriott timeshares and this was an awesome oasis off the busy Las Vegas strip! We traveled here for a volleyball tournament with two young teens and it was convenient for us to get onto the strip to meet up for dinner and pictures with our group. The room was clean, large and had all the amenities we could ask for. The parking is free and the valets were speedy and curious. Our car was usually ready in 10 minutes, 15 max if the wait was longer. We loved going up to the rooftop pool in the morning when it’s quiet or in the evening so we could look out at the lights of Las Vegas. The 5th floor pool gets busy but it was fun to connect with others and you still have a chance to cool off and sit in the shade or under the misters. The staff was always friendly and just like other Marriotts they offered activities like bingo, poolside yoga and complimentary daily treats by the pool. We joked that it was nice to get “home” every night when returning to the Grand Chateau from a busy day. Thanks for a very comfortable stay!

Efficiency in the Midst of Chaos We checked in during the July 4th “freedom from the pandemic” rush and considering the huge number of guests checking in and traversing in and out of the resort, I found the staff to be extremely helpful and efficient. Considering the amount of foot traffic this place receives, all the moving parts seemed to be in sync. We’ve stayed here several times previously, but never at a time that was as busy and chaotic as this holiday weekend. My only complaint was that we didn’t get the “Ocean View” room that we requested since we were celebrating our 40th anniversary, which was noted on the reservation. But Jessica did an outstanding job of finding the best unit she could, with a minimal amount of inconvenience. Many thanks to Alex M. for his assistance in getting our villa ready quickly which was spic and span. Your efforts did not go unnoticed. But while I have no complaints about the property I do take issue with housekeeping being suspended completely, particularly for MVC owners, considering the hefty maintenance fees we pay. After all, maintenance includes housekeeping, not just covering things that break and need to be replaced. I can see cutting off housekeeping for non MVC owners staying on property, but you don’t bite the hand that feeds you! But, I digress…. We had a great stay, highly recommend and will definitely be back. Hat’s off to the management and staff for a job well done.
