10/10 MGM After reading some of the reviews I admit I was a bit worried. BUT MGM Grand was absolutely superb. Our room was the best we have ever stayed in. All staff were friendly & very helpful. Hotel areas & room was spotless & the cleaners were brilliant.. Honestly cannot say a bad word about this hotel… 10/10

Look for another place The front desk at night were the nastiest people I ever dealt with. Made us walk around and told us we would get an early check in and made us wait till 11am. We were told to keep checking back and when we did we kept getting an attitude from the staff. On top of that there was not even a lounge for us to sit or stay in we had to sleep in the fed ex office. And the arcade

Terrible Experience We come to Vegas to relax and get away from our busy lives. Our room choice is very particular to our needs; suites that are quiet where we can relax and take our time throughout the day without having to worry about anything. This was far from relaxing, the construction noise was horrific, starts early in the morning goes until late at night. Our room was sold as a king bed with a pullout couch. The new remodeled executive king suites don’t have pullout coaches, they fail to mention this when you book. Room wasn’t clean, we found alcohol bottles, finger prints throughout the room and the bathroom wasn’t clean. Horrible experience

Whiskey Down The 2 main reason I left a score of 0 is because: 1. I noticed that the bathroom wasn't properly cleaned. There was ALOT of hair left behind from the previous guest in the toilet area. This caused the room to feel unsanitary. Upon seeing this I left the room and didn't come back for the rest of the night. 2. I went to * MGM GRAND WHISKEY DOWN on Apr 23, 2025 and spent $225.94. During my stay my wife requested a tequila sunrise. The waitress didn't present different tequila options. Usually that means it's the well tequila. Not in this case I was charged $55.00 per tequila sunrise in which I ordered 2 of them. The receipt said it was "Patron Platinum" I was so shocked to see $110 for 2 drinks. This is bad business. You can charge whatever you want however you need to make the customer aware before you poor the drink. This was my favorite lounge in the MGM and to be tricked and mislead is poor business practice.

MGM Grand Las Vegas Major construction was on going starting in the early hours of the morning (4:30 a.m.) and continuing throughout the day. Not able to rest during those times. Water had a horrible sulfur smell. Pool was nice and the pool staff are always friendly and pleasant.
