The service begins before I checked in I took an early flight into Las Vegas and wondered how I would pass the time to await check in time My experience began with the excellent service of the bell staff who kindly secured my bag while I explored the hotel and the area. The bar ..pool and wait staff ....who lavished wonderful service on myself and other guests.. Daphne…Penelope..Davion…Tyvion..the pool staff were amazing Thank you for taking such great care ..give them all a raise

Chill Vegas Vibe Truly a great Vegas experience!! Beautiful view from our room 34th floor balcony. We spent a day at the pool Daphne was our waitress. Great service…food was great…limited menu at the pool but delicious…drinks did not disappoint either. Connects to Palms Casino…approximately 5 min walk. The food and service there also phenomenal. And can Uber to the strip for less than $10 depending where you want to go. The rooms have fridge and microwave. And the shower/tub setup is great too!!

Palms Place/Suites Room disappointment After traveling across America, we were excited to reach Las Vegas, our final stop. We chose Palms Place based on online images of the suite room featuring a balcony, a large Jacuzzi and in-room washing facilities. Unfortunately, our experience did not meet expectations. Upon arrival, we found the room lacked cleanliness, with dusty furniture and empty toiletries such as the body wash bottles that were never replenished. The Jacuzzi also malfunctioned, making loud noises throughout the night. A major letdown was the locked balcony doors, which were not disclosed as inaccessible during booking, despite being a key reason for our choice. Additionally, the washing facilities were locked, which was inconvenient given our heavy luggage. We informed the receptionist of these issues upon checkout and suggest these details be clearly communicated online to avoid future disappointments. Very disappointed. Caitlin __

Best experience we had at a Las Vegas restaurant Thanks to our server Leo for making this a great experience at the palms Leo was very intuitive and also helped us out with some photos. Food was delicious the best we had that week in Vegas I highly recommend this location and hopefully you’ll have Leo as your server

For the Money and Luxury, what a place Had an absolutely amazing time at the Palms Place. We’ve stayed at about four hotels here in this by far was the nicest, most affordable and most luxurious in a way. Our room had a kitchenette, which helped us cook home-cooked meals versus eating out every single meal. Also, Jesse Mae at the front desk was incredible each time we needed something. She simply was a joy to work with from start to finish. Thank you for the awesome customer service Jesse and to the rest of the staff including valet for 5 star service.
