Update to a previous review - STAY AWAY I have previously reviewed this hotel and wanted to provide an update. I was booked there in July and have stayed at the hotel at least 6 or 7 times. I always felt it was fine. The hotel was ok. Access to rooms was close to the casino and restaurants. The restaurants are very good, especially Nobu. It has the best selection and quality food venues on the strip. Now my recent trip. I arrived to check in at the 7 Star area and was told I was in the upgraded and recently renovated Versailles tower. Upon advising I was not familiar with it, I was told it was a quick right out of the check in and then a left at the parking. OK?! So we head down, dragging our luggage over the faux cobblestone. And we just keep walking. I ask, where is Versailles and told to keep walking. I walk over to Bally's now Horseshoe, previously the MGM, but still and old, rundown casino. We keep walking, dragging our luggage over the carpet to the back of the Horseshoe to a sign that says Versailles. Enter and grungy elevator with no security and find my room at the end of the hall. Over 10 minute walk. Where am I? I am at a one of the old Bally's towers that Paris has taken over. Poorly and cheaply renovated. 2 twin beds instead of queens. Small bathroom with the great design choice to not have a single place to put soap and shampoo in the shower. No ledges!. you literally have to put it on the floor. I asked to be moved back to Paris. Nope. No room. Absolutely terrible. I checked out the next day and went to Aria. Great example of poor customer service and just not caring. The only reason we picked Paris is easy access to their restaurants. A 10 to 15 minute walk just to get to the casino was a waste of time. I will not stay there again

I’ll never go back Terrible experience. Kiosks for quick check in had 6/8 broken machines. After an hour in line, after finishing kiosk it says to see a front attendant. That line was over 2 hours long. Then the front desk receptionist was extremely rude and misguided us to our towers floor. Room was nice and clean but had a rooftop and blocked buildings for a view. Also called to front desk once to ask about parking they were also rude and transferred me to wireless internet services that is offsite and can’t transfer me back. Parking was added to my bill but I had to pay to get out so now I have to ask for refund. The pool was nice and in shade for most of the morning.

Tired, busy, smelly Arrived by self-park and quickly got into the check in queue. Took 45 minutes… (only two desks were open). Very quickly gave us our room key and sent us on our way. Versailles tower was a walk and the directions from check in weren’t clear but the signs helped us navigate. The tower itself smelt of smoke, although the room was large (2 queen bedroom) for a family of 4. Spacious. Shower was powerful, and complimentary toiletries. No water or fridge available. No coffee facilities in room. The smell of smoke remained all night in the bathroom. (It is meant to be non-smoking) Comfy bed, but carpet hadn’t been clean from previous occupant as crumbs by the sofa on the floor. Pool was busy. Went to the horse shoe initially, but the Paris pool was very picturesque and worth finding. There was little shelter so paid for villa. Although expensive, worth it for the shelter, air con and fridge full of water! Our own private area allowed us to relax. As a hotel, not a welcoming experience. The pool villa made up for it but at a huge cost!

Stay at Paris Las Vegas Great space in hotel room, but no fridge or coffee machine. You would have to be prepared to maybe walk a bit to get to the pool, but when you get to the pool you’ll not regret. Could get over crowded but I would strongly suggest to book a full day cabana not a half. Food is good and for a family dinner I suggest to eat at Alexxa’s. It has a kids menu and you can also see the fountains that go every half hour and then after eight it’s every 15 minutes. Overall an average experience.
