Could be better! Buget friendly rooms, not up to Sam's Town usual standards. We stayed two different nights; start of our vacation and the end of our vacation. Dirty carpets, bathrooms, and just in need of renovation. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Housekeeping needs to do a much better job!

Beware of TGIFriday _ My family and i visited from New Zealand, and usually me and my family have a wonderful time, the rooms here are so clean and comfortable, the pool is warmed to perfect temperature. Employees and security guards are so helpful and friendly. but this time, it was horrible, the security guards on shift were rude and inconsiderate, the TGIFridays was alright, the bartender that made the nasty drinks and the rude manager who followed us out the restaurant made this whole experience so miserable for us. I had ordered a bloody mary and usually they’re really good but this one tasted straight like salt water and i didn’t like that so i asked for it to be remade and they did that but it was still the same! So i went up to the Bartender and she cursed at me, she asked me what the F did i want, and i asked her civilly what is this drink made out of and that it was really bad, and she finally said “bitch what do you want me to do about it” I walked away and took my children out the restaurant, that’s when the manager started following us outside the restaurant and saying we had to pay, and when I explained what happened he eventually said that there were witnesses of what happened and when i asked where they were he said he couldn’t tell us that, i told him to check the cameras and he said he couldn’t do that. So i continued to walk away and the security guards walked up to me and accused me of being intoxicated, Of course im intoxicated it’s vegas!! This was such a horrible experience and beware before going to the TGIFridays. The shift manager of sam’s town was very kind and he helped me and understood my concerns, he deserves so much and it baffles me how his employees are so different

Sam's Town Made My Las Vegas Trip So Enjoyable First time I visited Sam’s Town was pre COVID with a friend who had been here before. Said I would like it. Soon as we walked into the garden atrium knew this was a special place. From the open atrium, waterfall shows, wide selection of restaurants to the always friendly and helpful staff, I knew I would be back. Coworkers from Hawaii were coming to Las Vegas, going there to meet them. Booked a room online from April 15-19. Arriving at Sam’s Town I had forgotten about the large, free parking structures. Parked, headed in to the front desk. As it faces the atrium, you can enjoy the landscaped area while checking in. Assigned room 399. What I like is the great view of the atrium from the glass elevators. Doors open into an alcove to reduce noise. Then you walk into a hallway with no rooms, go left or right to your room. Large room was immaculate, spotless in the bathroom, fresh smelling. Coffee maker, refrigerator, free safe. Bed was perfect for me, felt just right. Slept very well at night. No noise at all. At the room, started unpacking. Noticed the bathroom wall outlet had been used so much my razor plug would not stay in. As I was going down to the ground floor to see what I could remember from my last time here, would let the front desk know. Walking around, several fast food selections, Dunkin, TGI Fridays and more. Multiplex theater, bowling alley, place has it all. Great for a family with kids. Got a Dunkin’ coffee, found an open bench in the landscaped atrium. Sat down to enjoy the sounds of the birds and waterfall. What a peaceful place to relax, not something every casino/hotel offers. Going up to my room around 6pm, stopped at the front desk to report the loose outlet. Front Desk Rep said he would have a repair tech stop by. There was a knock at my door before 6:30pm. Maintenance tech entered, checked the outlet to see what he needed. Said he would be back with the needed tools. Back in 45 minutes with his tool cart to start the repair. Required turning off the power at another area in the hotel before replacing the outlet. Within an hour the new outlet was in, bathroom power back on. Thanked the tech for responding so fast. After morning breakfast at the hotel, a cup of Dunkin’ coffee with me as I left for the day’s activities. Returning to the hotel late in the afternoon each day, it was back to Dunkin’ for coffee. Then out in the atrium garden to an open bench. Relaxed with my coffee, sounds of birds, the waterfall, plants around you. Also enjoyed the evening waterfall display. Perfect way to relax at the end of a busy day in Las Vegas. Last day I packed up, checked out, got a Dunkin’ coffee for my drive home to SoCal. Nagging feeling I left something, Nahhh, I’m good. Got home, unpacked. DOH!!! Realized I left my toiletries bag. It took a side trip from the bathroom to my suitcase on the bed. Called the front desk, they passed me on to Housekeeping. Nicest lady answered, asked what I needed. Told her about the lost, black toiletries bag in room 399. Just a minute she said, I’ll check. Back in a few minutes she said she had it. Whew did I feel better. She passed me back to the front desk to make a mailing payment, verify my mailing address. Said it will be in the mail. In a few days my traveling toiletries bag arrived in perfect condition. My thanks to all the friendly, helpful, Sam’s Town workers who ensure all guests have a very enjoyable time. I will be back.

The casino security staff was racist and unprofessional. The casino. Staff was no help at all. When I tell you this Place Security is So unprofessional So Multiple Cars Got broken into My car was one of them. When I tell you security was so nonchalant about the situation one of the security guards made a racial comment about if we were white they would be quick to help us. I feel like the only reason why they ended up trying to help us is because my fiancé got a loud because they was acting like they didn’t care until the saw an angry BLACK MAN because it was nothing they can do. when I tell you it was multiple cars. It was multiple cars and they didn’t care. This is out of line and unprofessional I need Corporate to reach out ASAP. The Casino itself says we’re not responsible for any damage property OK who owns the parking lot then? Have them reach out to me
