OK but far from being a great Vegas Hotel! Located at the beginning of what is the strip, the Strat has an impressive tower but the hotel it send needs work. Upon check in we were asked if we would like to upgrade our room for $25, immediately said yes but they didn’t say it was per night!!! The room upgrade itself was very disappointing, stuck on the 8th floor at the rear of the hotel with a wonderful view of their industrial air conditioning units and rear car park pick up area. Secondly the noise from the AC units keep you awake. Beds are comfortable however. The restaurant at the top is good but very overpriced. For example they charge $50 just to book a window seat! The food in the top of the world restaurant is good but not exceptional and about $100 overpriced for a couple. Overall when you visit hotels such as the Bellagio, Venetian etc you see how much much more you can get when you spend a few extra fillers booking a hotel. Vegas is superb though and had a great time but the Strat needs some serious investment as again the area it’s in is a bit dodgy!

Worst room. DO NOT STAY HERE! Booked an elevate renovated room. Paid for the "upgrade" to an elevate panoramic room from emailed link. Got to hotel before 9 am. No option to pay for early check-in via online or kiosk. Asked at desk and management tells me they will inspect the room and let us know. They gave us room 8084 DO NOT STAY HERE! Please look at these photos from my stay. Room smelled like toilet sewage Worst view and room I have ever paid to upgrade

Cheap rate The hotel located down the other end of town, booked the new renovated room. Stayed at the hotel due to tv show called travel guides. You would only stay here if you didn’t care about staying on the strip. Pro: parking is only $25 per day, Con stayed for 5 nights, room wasn’t cleaned not even once, had to call house keeping so we could empty the bins, room are very basic. The sheets where ripped for a so called “new renovated room” with a small window. During the 3rd night some odd man knocked on our door saying he was from house keeping… which was odd due the fact my room had tag on the door saying “do not disturb. Very suss and the area has weird people roaming. Advice: stay on the strip

Best experience with alex Stayed at the Stratosphere in Vegas and had one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had, all thanks to Alex at the front desk. From the moment I walked in, he made me feel welcomed and taken care of. He hooked me up with a great deal on my room, helped me navigate the parking situation without any stress, and even surprised me with a free dinner at the top of the tower—which had an incredible view. But what really stood out was how genuine and down-to-earth he was. Talking to him felt like catching up with an old friend. He was professional, helpful, and just a good human being all around. People like Alex are rare in customer service, and he deserves all the recognition. Stratosphere, give this man a raise—he’s a true asset to your team!

Good but could be great Probably a friendliest and most accommodating staff and all of Vegas. Have been coming here for years and every time it feels like home. The only downside at this property is the restaurants. Especially since they decided to remove more items off the menu you are very limited on what you can eat here. That is a big downside to this property unfortunately because everything else is excellent. The VIP staff go out of their way to make your stay as pleasant as possible.
