Resort Fee?? For What?? The facility is nice and clean. The rooms are large. The onsite restaurants are very decent. All of the staff are very friendly and professional. Our big complaint is of the $36 per night "resort fee". For what??? The rooms are pricey enough to begin with! There isn't even an in-room coffee maker. The pool area is quite small and a little crowded. One day we returned to our room and it was not serviced. We had to call down for towels and toilet paper. For the $36 per night resort fee, that room should have been spotless and replenished with towels. They claimed the "do not disturb" sign was out, but it was not.

Pleasant The rooms are really nice-big and comfortable. The shower feels like a fire hose. Much better than the trickle you get most places these days. My only complaint, which is true of most hotels these days, is that covid seems to have given hotels a good excuse not to do daily maid service. We are contactless! Yippy! If i want to have to straighten my own bed and reuse towels, I might as well save money and stay in an airb&b.

I don't plan on staying here again. I was disappointed in this Casino/Hotel. The pool closed at 6:00. The bar was not always open at the pool and you were not allowed to bring your own food and drinks. There is no microwave or coffee makers in the rooms. Our refrigerator was room temperature at first then froze all the food/drinks we had in it. We stayed for 4 nights. Many of the restaurants were closed half the time we were there, and when open, they were very short staffed. Beds we not the most comfortable.

About those escalators Hotel was nice and clean the smell of cigarettes and cigar was awful and those escalators really need to be slow down especially for us elderly people that walk with canes the one going up is not too fast but the ones that are going down is very badly fast extremely fast if I would have fallen I don't know what I would have done have some consideration for the elderly I know there's a elevator but some of us can still take the escalators those are way too fast other than that everything else was okay the rooms were comfortable the beds were very comfortable I would love to know what kind of bed they were lol that was very nice it wasn't too warm outside or sunny to go out and sit in the Sun but it was enjoyable thank you

LOVE Suncoast ❤️ I had an absolutely great time here and will return when the opportunity presents itself. Check in is always a pleasant and quick experience and as a woman who, at times, travels solo, I totally appreciate the fact that you provide 15 minute check in parking! This helps me so much! PLEASE don't ever change this!! It is a rare accomodation in Vegas. I love the peaceful location and the sounds of the birds who like to hang out close to the property. The only shortcoming was the limited availability of high end coffee. Please keep the coffee shop open til 6 or 7pm.
