It's especially important because my family has special needs PRIOR to arriving at a property. I have stayed at Westin hotels all over the world. Westin Las Vegas really hit it out of the ballpark. In spite of challenging times, short staffed, Nevada restrictions, hosting SERVICE MEMBERS, hosting airline crew and pilots, and running a hotel, our stay at this particular property has been nothing short of spectacular. Concierge contacted me via app and text message the DAY OF MY ARRIVAL. * Coordinated special requests * Followed-up on completed requests * Provided for housekeeping services (we did not utilize, but was available) * Followed all Covid Protocols of Nevada State * Wore masks the entire time * never had a line of more than 2-3 people at the front desk * Accommodated our travel questions and concerns * literally - provided 24/7 service In recent years, the Westin properties really have put the Ritz hotels to shame. Full family vacation - 2. You like quiet hotels 3. You like clean rooms 4. You like top-tier professional staff 5. You want peace and quiet at the gym, at the pool, or when you are eating/sleeping 6. Business Trips to vegas - you'll be hard pressed to find a better environment Cons: 1. It's approximately 500 yards EAST of the main strip 2. Not very walkable to other hotels / casinos 3. You travel with huge groups - this hotel is not made for that 4. it's quiet. It's very peaceful . Depends on what you want from your hotel. Hopefully this will give people a good idea of the day-to-day and "feel" of this hotel. What it is : it does fantastic and great. Peace. Rest. Family. Friendly and helpful front desk staff; convenient location just off the strip We picked the Westin because it was relatively inexpensive compared to staying directly on the strip and it was just about halfway north/south along the strip. So just about anywhere on the strip is <2 miles away. The icing on the cake was the friendly and helpful front desk staff. They were always very approachable, eager to help, and got me and my family sorted quickly. It made the stay much better because outside in July/August is hot!

Westin easy access. Great staff, very professional and friendly. I have stayed here several times for work. The food is good the bartenders know their craft. I can't say enough good about the staff from the spa, restaurant, maid service and check-in. Always feel welcomed. The location for business off strip is great. Short walk to the ferris wheel and the strip.

July 2021 Trip to Las Vegas The staff at the Westin Las Vegas were great! The room was very clean and the bed super comfortable. The restaurant and lounge onsite has great food and drinks. If you are a whiskey fan such as myself, their selection does not disappoint. The Westin is just a block off the strip making it easy to get to from the airport and easy to get in and out of if you are driving. It's close enough to walk to the strip and you can be inside of Bally's or the Cromwell in five minutes by foot. I would recommend this hotel for both business and leisure travelers alike!

Perfect hotel for my 14 year old son and myself I really enjoyed my stay at The Westin, it was nice and quite compared to hotels that have casinos. I walked to another hotel to gamble and it was so crowded with ton's of people checking in, tons at the Uber and Taxi spots and almost everyone is drinking. I was very happy with my stay and will be back.
