5 star for all not for the service level Amazing building , great interiors and awesome rooms ( we were in the tower suite). Their issue is the service that is not homogeneous as a five star hotel needs. Some examples: the second room become ready just at 5 pm; the morning of leaving we expected 40 minutes the arrival of a bell boy; they move from one room to another leaving us outside the first room with everything inside. They have definitively to homogenize front line behaviours.

High Living in a High Room Given some of the reviews below, I wasn't sure of what to expect. The hotel turned out to be quite a pleasant surprise with fabulous rooms, great restaurants and facilities, and quite a wonderful show at Awakenings. We upgraded to a 2,000 sq/ft tower suite with great views from the 55th floor. The place was completely decked out with computer tablets to run everything in the room. the workout room was large, well equipped, clean and staffed. That said, fellow travelers should be aware that this establishment is quite expensive, especially for food and cocktails(service and quality was wonderful tho), and if a convention uses the hotel, getting a reservation is a must as lines for restaurants as a walkup can take over an hour. Also come early if you want a pool lounger in the shade given the daytime temps. We were placed in a room away from the disco noise that others have complained about; our room was facing the strip. I would come back.

Perfect Stay for Anniversary Trip The most luxurious hotel on the strip. We are loyal Wynn/Encore guests and our last trip did not disappoint. As we were celebrating our 20th anniversary we were given glasses of champagne at check in, which was a fantastic way to start our trip. Housekeeping was exceptional and exceeded all expectations. The spa was relaxing and I highly recommend the signature “ Good Luck Ritual” massage. We enjoyed our time by the pool and the service provided at the Tower Suites pool was wonderful. Customer service was first and foremost at all areas of this property. Thanks for another memorable vacation!

Mark, Manager of Wynn Tower Suites. We had some issues with returning home given the lithium battery accident on the I-15, as did many others. Mark, the manager of the Wynn Tower Suites hotel patiently heard our explanation and spent at least half an hour finding me the best accommodations for my situation. He was so polite, understanding and sympathetic that it was like talking to a friend. He just wanted to be helpful and to get me the best possible way of resolving my issues. Definitely wouldn't stay anywhere else because of people like Mark.

Wynn hotel has Poor Customer service & quality We stayed in room 1835, the hot water in the shower was not working. We requested a nonsmoking room, there was a underlying tobacco smell in room. I called the front desk 2x & was told to come to front desk. After waiting 45 minutes in line I was told by manager the hotel is not willing to compensate for the poor quality room. The restaurants were overpriced & underwhelming. The food quality is below par.
