Horrible horrible horrible Whoever was working the front desk on the evening of July 20th was a complete jerk. My husband and I experienced extremely long travel days due to the flight disruptions and the gentleman at the front desk decided he was going to cancel our room and when we arrived he decided he was going to cancel our reservation and give it to someone else. He claimed our card was declined (though my bank confirmed otherwise) and when I said I’d gladly give him another card he hung up on me! When I tried calling back he picked up the phone and hung it up immediately again. Finally on the third call he answered, and claimed “there were no more rooms” as if I had amnesia and wouldn’t remember that he had just told me I did have a confirmed room but that someone else wanted it. I finally got him to admit he decided to give it to someone else because “that person was standing right in front of him and I wasn’t”. I mean, wow… might I suggest some customer service training? I come here for work regularly and I can promise you that myself and my employees won’t be back.

Great stay of strip in Las Vegas The days in is basic but just what you need are a long trip good bed ,fluffy towels hot water for shower a cup of coffee and near to the Las vegas strip.great stay staff are lovely

Clean Economy Needed airport stay. Outdoor rooms but recently remodeled. Great for low cost room. Would not be afraid to stay again

Modern remodeled room with laundry facilities Good priced room close to airport. The room was large and remodeled. There is a washer and dryer for $2.50 each. Free parking and light grab and go breakfast. The Coffee was good and fruit appreciated. The towels, bedspread and floor were stained and easy to see due to white and light coloring. Very friendly and welcoming front desk.
