Nicely tucked in the misted of a good Vegas getaway. Overall, the stay was wonderful. The location was accessible to everything we needed. Only one problem was the heater/air conditioning location in the room was damped. I'm not sure if it was leaking from there or someone from the previous stay spilled something.

Probably would go back again The good first...The room size (king suite) and furniture was great. The restaurants were good, with good selection of food and good quality at a price that wasn't too bad. I was at the hotel for a conference and the conference refreshments were very nicely done every morning and afternoon. Good security presence. Noise level was good...The walls seem pretty thick and I didn't hear any noise from the rooms adjoining mine at all. There were only about a half-dozen times over 5 nights I was awakened during the night by loud people running through the hallway or stomping around in the room above me. The bad...my room appeared mostly clean but there were quite a number of black hairs stuck in various places across the bathroom vanity countertop and backsplash that was pretty gross and should have been better cleaned before a new guest checked in. Daily cleaning was pretty good, although it appears they did not vacuum during my stay as a pile of crumbs near the table persisted for the entire stay...actually, I'm not sure where those would have come from so may have been there from the previous occupant. My room phone did not work during my entire 6-day stay despite reporting this to the front desk within an hour of checking in...as far as I know, no one ever came to fix the phone and it was still not working the morning I checked out...so you can't order room service without a working phone and have to go down to the restaurants instead. I was there for a conference and the conference rooms/ballrooms area was very nice, with conference room refreshments also being good each day. The ???...I don't gamble so can't comment on anything about the casino area except to say that it always appeared clean, there was never any crazy stuff happening when I would walk through and they did even have a non-smoking area of machines. The folks I was there with seemed to be able to get to other areas/attractions of Vegas pretty easily without being right in the middle of the craziness...they just grabbed an Uber to either Fremont Street or the strip, etc.

Quiet and lovely Fabulous clean quiet charming on site restaurants entertainment fitness center easy parking and fast checkin lush trees all around

Great Place to stay! The location was great, didn't have to drive far to the Thomas & Mack Center. Spacious room. The only flaw was the individual above our room must've been very heavy, could hear every step he/she took and so darn early. So we didn't get to sleep in.

Wonderful place to stay! Wonderful spot to stay, very clean and safe, rooms are large and very clean, just an overall great place to stay, 10 minute walk to Sphere
