Water Pouring From Ceiling Front Desk Didn't Care, Had To Ask After An Hour For A New Room Our recent stay at Westgate Flamingo was incredibly disappointing. Upon checking into our room, we immediately noticed water dripping from the ceiling in the kitchen area. We called the front desk right away and were assured that maintenance would be dispatched. After waiting half an hour with no sign of maintenance, we called again and received the same assurance. Forty-five minutes later, the situation worsened--the air conditioning had turned off, and water began pouring from the ceiling in multiple areas, creating puddles on the kitchen floor and starting to run into the living room. Despite our repeated calls to the front desk, no one came to address the issue. Frustrated and unable to unpack or relax, I called again and requested a new room. I was told that this was acceptable but that I needed to come to the front desk to get the new keys. When I showed the front desk photos and video of the issue, they handed me the new room key without any acknowledgment of the inconvenience we had experienced. The lack of concern from the staff and the failure to offer any form of assistance or compensation were extremely disappointing. I also sent a message to the corporate office, only to receive a generic apology and a promise to speak with the resort. Despite this, no further action or assistance was offered. Based on this experience, we will not be staying at Westgate Resorts again. The service we received was far below acceptable standards, and the lack of care from both the staff and management left us feeling neglected and frustrated.

Amazing Event Space Staff and crew were very hospitable and easy to work with. The space for our graduation ceremony event was perfect. Although, there were some details we missed, it was still an amazing event. We plan on having the next one there again. Thank you!

Relaxing Vegas Stay, Exceeded Expectations I had never heard of this location before, but I saw the price and pictures and thought I’d give it a try. It exceeded all of my expectations! I will 100% be staying again. I walked the property a couple of times and was impressed with all of the details. I played mini golf (included in the stay). The room was more like an apartment with a full kitchen, living room, dining room, king size in the bedroom plus the biggest jacuzzi tub I’ve ever been in. I’m 5’10” and the tub comfortably fit me in it. I’ve done the Vegas experience many times, and this time I wanted something off the strip and relaxing. I will definitely be back!!

A Vegas Gem I love doing anything at the Westgate. It’s one of the cleanest and classiest hotels in Vegas with a little old-school charm to it. Their restaurants are so great, their amenities for conferences are perfect and their rooms are great! And the staff is the absolute best. Highly recommend.

If you're okay with "off strip" this can be great. We are Westgate Owners in Orlando and decided last minute to book for Las Vegas. Westgate Casino wasn't available so we braced ourselves for "less than exciting". Initially at arrival , I was underwhelmed (as expected) . The property was nice and the grounds well manicured. It was just so small compared to what we were used to in Orlando (14pools, 9 restaurants, on site movie theaters etc.). The pool is absolutely tiny.... ...but We had a wonderful time. The condo was clean with updated decor. The units had all that we needed to make meals, the a/c was nice and cool. We asked for a quiet location at arrival and was placed right across from the marketplace near the lobby. Every single human that we encountered was so sweet and helpful. Will & Jamal at the guard shack were hilarious. All of the ladies in the Market and the shuttle drivers were wonderful as well. Of course they had to offer the "owner breakfast and tour". We have been doing this since 2004 so we know the drill. For those that don't. I don't care what a good deal it sounds like, it's a FIRM "No". They will ask again. Another "No" and move on. I will say, nobody bothered us after the one time.
