DO NOT MAKE A RESERVATION AT THIS PLACE Stay far away! Upon walking to our room, there were cops swarming the room across from us. The room was very dirty. Carpet not vacuumed, cobwebs everywhere, dirty towels, dirty couches, toilet had urine stains, cable didn’t work, oven was dirty, none of the clocks were set, curtain was stained...it was very nasty. Room is very dated and this place needs a deep cleaning! The complimentary breakfast was a joke. The juice machine didn’t work and the food selection was pitiful. My first and last visit at this establishment.

Staff and Service was awesome!! The kitchen was lacking 1 pot but other than that everything was great! Kim was the person that made it so great. What ever we asked for she went out of her way to accommodate with a very pleasant attitude. We have been traveling for over 37 years so we know great service when we see it!

Adequate I have been staying here for years. Started back when it was the Residence Inn. It has gone down hill a bit but is adequate. Walked in and there was ripped up paper all over the floor, an old coffee cup in the fridge, green slim in the tub, half used lotion in the bathroom, broken towel holder so towels sitting on the toilet. Very outdated. Was good for a place to sleep, not much more. Continental breakfast was very slim. Fitness center has two treadmill. One broken. Only dirty towels in the gym.

Waste of money Reserved a night here prior to an early morning flight out of Albany. Close proximity and reasonable price led us to choose this location. Upon check in we were asked to sign a “quiet hours” agreement, something I had never seen before. We laughed it off being a quiet couple looking to hit the rack with a 430am wake up. Fell asleep for a couple hours and then was woken up by a large crowd running up and down the stairs and talking loudly outside our door. Turns out the suite above us was hosting a large party. Called the front desk and the attendant said she couldn’t leave the office/lobby building to investigate but said she would call the non emergency number of local police. No idea if she called or not but the party continued all night and was only breaking up as we were leaving at 5, with the group yelling at each other in the parking lot. We checked out and the same attendant asked us about the party and I told her that I got no sleep because of it. No apologies, no offer of a refund, no offer during the night to change rooms. The fact this place has a quiet time agreement form tells me this is a regular occurrence. Recommend avoid...but YMMV

nice hotel at the airport We had to stay for one night at the airport and this hotel was very nice and modern. Very clean and close to airport. The room was very spacious, own kitchen and sitting area. Lots of parking available.
