Overcharged me $400 The worst casino in Laughlin hands-down Not only does this hotel overcharge for everything but they are dirty, rude and just terrible hands down. I will never stay here again. Worst mistake of my life. Every time I talk to people I tell them don’t stay at the Aquarius it is the worst casino in Laughlin.

Not perfect but one of the best in town. Pool: opens too late and closed too early for a town this hot. 10am-dusk. Breakfast: The Cove was substandard at a high price. Bathroom: Tub wouldn’t drain, hair on the shower walls, leftover bar of soap and razor. Interior: missing curtain handles Casino: clean and current

Great stay! Weekend entertainment was fun and great restaurants to choose. Nice view of the Colorado River Hotel is nice and rooms were clean. The shampoo and soap dispensers were not easy to use for someone with limitations. Casino floor is large and weekend entertainment was fabulous! Outdoor seating area has great views of the Colorado River

even pigs wouldn’t stay at this pigsty This is one of the worst hotels in the world. Even pigs wouldn’t stay at his pigsty. The entire staff are incompetent, lazy, especially the waitresses you’ll die trying to even get a simple bottle of water. The waitresses have an attitude and think they’re there for you. The last time the place had been vacuumed or clean was probably 1976, which goes with the decor.

New scam alert! I have been going to the Aquarius for years with my family and never have we had an issue with the place. Yes it outdated and not as clean but what do you expect for the prices. I was there over the weekend and at checkout got a surprise I was being charged for a smoking fee. The funny thing is like I said at the beginning I was there with my family meaning my kids and husband and neither one of us smokes and not to mention I am 4 months pregnant. We spoke to management asked to check the cameras and that I had messages that prove we were not in the room at the time they are claiming a sensor sensed smoke in the room but they said they couldn’t do anything about it and to dispute it with my credit card company. The manager also then tried to make a deal by splitting the fee in half so that I wouldn’t have to pay the full amount because according to her no one has been winning these cases and I would be left with paying the full price. Sounds like it’s a new thing they are doing to innocent people to get more $$. Very disappointing and definitely will not be going back ever!
