Nice spring break vacation We checked in the hotel on Monday afternoon. It was a typical hotel check-in. We went to our room and found it very enjoyable. Nice and clean and comfortable. During the four nights we were there, we enjoyed Pink box donuts, Denny’s restaurant, and PTs Express. We got tickets to a comedy show on Thursday evening. Very good show and very affordable. Checked out Friday morning, extremely simple. We will be back to enjoy another stay at the Edgewater Hotel and casino.

Nope! Didn’t have reservation, walked to desk…offered $90 for a standard room, showed him it’s $55 online, he’d do it this one time _. Mask boy Geoffrey didn’t speak loudly and kept pulling his mask down (what is it, do you want a mask or not!?) No fridge in the room, one bath towel for two people, two flat pillows and plugs are 6 feet from bed. No creamer in the room (powder is standard, granted) so I went downstairs to look for a coffee bar. NOPE! Had to go to bar where she put the mini creamers into a crappy styrofoam cup from a pump coffee decanter and went to charge me $4 per cup…what hotel charges for crappy coffee? Now it’s 7:56am and there’s a knock on the door for housekeeping?! Laughlin: it’s the short bus full of seniors that ran out of gas on the way to Vegas.

Enjoyed our stay Great view of the river. The casino needs to update their ventilation system...I don't usually complain about the smoke but it was extremely thick...for as many senior citizens that were there I was surprised that I could find NO DECAF coffee...jacuzzi was closed due to rain but it was barely sprinkling...gift shop was closed much longer than the sign on the door...overall the place could use some updating but everything in the room was clean

Not foe me 3 rooms in Santa Fe section, all exremely dated and bathrooms in need of complete overhaul. Not only that but our room hadmany ants in the bathroom(maybe elsewhere) so we had to change rooms at 11pm if not for the other couples we would have left. AVOID THIS HOTEL

Average The hotel room is average, clean ,has coffee pot. Temp control is a bit noisy. Bought coffee at donut place downstairs 5 dollars a cup asked for one with cream one without. Both had cream tasted like dishwater. Ate breakfast at the Denny’s in hotel. Only thing that was warm were the eggs.Toast sausage cold. The coffee was awful. Why can’t Americans make a decent cup of coffee
