Good stay Stayed here for 5 nights, overall it was very good, just make sure you have upgraded to one of the premium rooms, as these have a fridge and a flat sceen t.v. the standard rooms have a large old fashioned t.v. and no fridge (if your not bothered about that, then save yourself $30 a night by not upgrading) Plus points. No resort fee. Points soon wrack up on the players card. Fridge in the room Food & beverages not over priced. Bad points. Very smokey. Don't come round very often to take your drinks order when playing the slots. T.v channels crap. No ice machines

BACK TO THE FUTURE! The pictures say all that needs to be said. Dirty. Out dated. No valet service. No refrigerator. No coffee machine. No iron or ironing board. 1980’s TV . No channels. No movies. And NO HOT WATER. Refund issued by 3rd party agent. Property/management refused. There are too many other amazing properties for less money in Laughlin.

CHOOSE ANOTHER HOTEL WE WERE OFFERED AN UPGRADED ROOM UPON OUR RETURN TO MAKE UP FOR ISSUES ENCOUNTERED: No hot water, stained carpets, etc. NO THANKS. WE HAVE OTHER CHOICES. (The gift shop is nice. The bowling alley is beautiful. )

shocking to be put in a room like 2314 the river view room was so badly lit with three odd table lamps only meant we couldnt even read . The tv which was from the 80s maybe and just one bedside table and no ice maker working made this a room not fit to be charged for. The stains on the carpet didnt help. We asked for extra lighting so one bulb was changed for a brighter one. Very disappointed.Ive never stayed in a room so outdated since the 70s.

Horrible!!!! This hotel used to be very nice about 4 years ago. Always wanted to stay here. This time we stayed was very disappointed. Paid way too much for the rooms. From the time that we stayed there was dirt and sand outside the entrance to our room. Dead moths in the bathroom. Never saw any maids to ask for clean towels or toilet paper. Old furniture. Half of the elevators were not working and had to wait 15 to 20 minutes for one elevator. Very, very smoky. Unfortunately I will not be staying here again. So disappointed.
