Felt genuinely 'cared for' I've stayed here 'pre-Covid' and the service & staff have always been excellent - agree with the previous reviewed that there will always be 'hiccups' at any property, but they handle them gracefully and effectively here. But this 'Covid' stay was a pleasant surprise compared to some other - and it comes down to feeling cared for. My check in was genuinely warm and cheerful, with the emphasis on 'please contact us if there is ANYTHING you need', much appreciated given the variability in hotel services these days. I also was contacted in the evening to ensure that everything was satisfactory with my room, and to confirm I didn't need anything. It somehow just felt very reassuring and cared for - despite the potentially unsettling circumstances. Excellent work!

Consistent superbness I have been staying at this hotel for over 10 years now. First it was for work, then whenever I was in Montréal for work of on personal travel I and my family stayed only at this hotel. They are amazingly consistent in maintaining and improving everything a hotel is supposed to offer to both business and leisure travellers: spacious clean rooms, comfortable work area, super relaxing bed, gym with always latest equipment, pool ... I don't even want to start describing the pool area. Just look at the pictures. I simply don't know another hotel in their category with the kind of pool area Sheraton Laval has. A bit far from downtown, but I don't mind to drive and pay for parking downtown rather than stay in an overpriced downtown hotel with half of what this hotel has to offer. Close to shopping and good restaurants. If you are thinking of staying here for the first time, give it a chance. You will love it. Even if something is wrong - for a large hotel "glitches" are expected to happen every once in a while - the hotel will fix it, because customer satisfaction is their top priority. Ignore bad reviews. People complain about noise from garbage trucks or noise in the hotel on the weekend - things they often don't have control over. After all, which hotel does not have a bit of noise on the weekend? C'mon... Just have proper expectations. Thank you, Sheraton Laval, for your consistent superbness. As long as you don't change, you have earned my perpetual loyalty.

Good one night stay Only stayed here for one night on business during the COVID lockdown. The staff was very friendly, helpful and did a wonderful job of taking care of everyone. Nice hotel with updated common areas and rooms. Both rooms and bathrooms were good size. Rooms had fridges which was a nice surprise. Indoor pool and fitness area. Good location with shops and restaurants walkable. Good stay for business.

Wonderful relaxing hotel! Great location and wonderful amenities and places to wind down at the end of the day! Love the pool area. Close to many restaurants and across from the mall. Breakfast very good and service perfect. Highly recommend.
