Skip this ...... dirty and nasty place. Dirty and Disgusting. Chain smoker location, would not recommend to anyone. Very low rent, very low rent and disgusting in the casino as well. Overall experience was disappointing and casino is very limited with table games, not friendly or inviting. I would skip this casino and "hotel" and go anyplace else.

No hot water, well worn, basic hotel. No hot water. Nothing worse than paying over $100 a night to stay at a basic hotel and not being able to take a hot shower. Clean. Well worn. Needs renovation. No breakfast at hotel. Need to walk to casino for breakfast. No pool. About the same level as your basic Quality Inn. Room 243.

Disappointed Upon check in for reserved room w/king bed, we were rudely told by Deborah that they only have room w/2 queens, ok, not great but not a deal breaker, it was the way she spoke to us regarding it, she said they are not Las Vegas and they don't run their hotels like it, they do not guarantee you will get what you reserved and it is what it is ( in her words), I told her no one wants to hear that attitude when they are paying their money and she looks at me and says we don't have to stay there, Wow!!! We stayed composed to not make a scene and get kicked out. The room was basic, we saw a stink bug on the ceiling and a bug on 1 of the beds (good thing we were given two beds) we slept in other bed after thoroughly checking it out. I decided to wait till we left to call and complain to mgt, to not ruin our time, the rep informed me Deborah was a supervisor and gave me the contact info for the hotel director Aubri St. Pierce, I called twice lvmm and asked for call back, which I did not receive. Very disappointing. I will say the hotel housekeepers were very nice, and the casino is cool, but I would skip the hotel stay unless you just need a quick place to lay your head for 1 night, Deborah is right THEY SURE AINT LAS VEGAS, but maybe they could learn something from them and how they run their hotels, cause as many times as I have been to Las Vegas staying at several diff hotels there, I have never had that type of customer service.

Decent hotel to rest your head We’ve been to many casinos and stayed at many of their hotels. From Las Vegas to Fremont St., Pennsylvania,, Michigan, West Virginia, etc. The best way to describe this hotel is, “ a decent place to rest your head and have a shower.” The hotel was built back in the 90s and unfortunately I think that the furniture drapes and carpet are still the original. It is very rundown. And I feel that they have a lot of nerve charging a $9.99 resort fee for this place. There is no housekeeping, however, housekeeping is pretty much obsolete since 2020 so it’s like that at all the hotels. Now the hotel staff are very nice and polite and check in and check out was a breeze. And like I said, we’ve stayed at plenty of different hotels around the United States. And this one is convenient as it is attached to the Casino. But I would not call it a resort. I would call it an average hotel.

Filthy Hotel was filthy inside and out. Carpet is in terrible shape and the stench of smoke is unavoidable. Front desk staff annoyed when you asked for towels and coffee - because you can’t have anything sent to your room and housekeeping is a joke. Room had hair from previous guests, trash and dirt behind the doors and was in poor shape.
