Beautiful on the Outside The Room was ready when we arrived and appeared clean, however after walking on the tile floor our socks and feet were filthy. The clerk who checked us in was not the least bit friendly, This is not a corporate Inn and is not managed by by seasoned innkeepers. Perhaps they could learn the good old American way of treating guests would help.

amazing! my stay here has been awesome! Scott has been awesome! he has made sure that everything has been smooth. my room has been getting cleaned to perfection on a daily. I recommend anyone to stay here, wether your stoping in Leesburg or just want to have a fun night and get away for a night or so Reed Roof Inn is a great place. and it is pet friendly as well. when you come aboard ask for Scott he is awesome!

Very satisfied first-time customer. --- This was our first stay at a Red Roof and we were VERY satisfied during our 18-night stay. --- While the hotel is not new, you can see it has been remodeled recently. Our room had new shower, and bathroom fixtures, relatively new vinyl plank flooring, and a new window. --- Refrigerator worked very well, and the heating system automatically turned on/off as needed to maintain the temperature and was quiet when running. --- The free Wi-Fi was more than adequate for streaming movies. --- ALL staff members were VERY friendly and helpful. As an example, when we checked in the person at the desk suggested the 2nd. floor as it would be quieter for our longer stay and his advice was accurate and welcome. --- Room was properly serviced daily and was kept very clean. No smell. --- Breakfast was basic but we brought out own breakfast food and Keurig so that was not a factor for us. --- We have family in the area and chose the Red Roof for this trip as a cost reduction experiment as we have previously stayed at other more expensive area hotels. Bottom line, we do plan to stay here again.

Affordable Rates, Outstanding, Friendly service, -The staff here is very friendly. -Very affordable but no bugs or roaches at all -Everything is clean and tightly -WIFI is pretty good -The breakfast is okay, it’s cereal and oatmeal, or bagels with juices or coffee. But not too bad! -Pretty good stay! The cleaning crew and the front desk are very nice people and have been extremely helpful!

I recommend this hotel!! Hotel and staff super nice and well maintained. Cleaning ladies were super kind and caring. We stayed here for a couple of weeks and the manager was super nice and friendly. I would definitely recommend staying here very professional/kind manager and cleaning service! Scott solved any and every question I had and made it such an easy stay for me and my family!
