Stay away! Stay away! This hotel has become very dated and not well maintained. The rooms are very worn and feel dirty. Some lights didn't work, no drain stop in sink, no hot water in the morning. The bed and chair probably have not been changed in 20 years. Management just shrugged their shouldersrs and said sorry and said we have renovations coming at some point.

Should not be part of Hilton Not a great stay at all. I stay a lot in Hilton hotels but this one should not be part of Hilton at all. I had to wait 15 minutes for the night auditor to come from the back, I had to even call the hotel when I was at the front desk for him to come and pick up the phone so he could notice I was there. No apologies or anything like that, he just laughed it off and did not care. I went up to the room and the AC was not working and again no apologies or anything, and was moved to another room when I requested it. Finally, the ac in the other room did worked but that room was not impressive at all, curtains were torn and when taking a shower the water would get to the floor. I will never stay there again when going to Virginia for work. Customer service from the Night Auditor on 2/9 and the morning person on 2/10 left a lot to desire. It’s disappointing from a Hilton Hotel and for a member of Hilton specially.

Yuck The honest reviews, which are the 1 and 2 star reviews, are pretty much spot on about this place. I did review them before staying here, but it was the most convenient location for where I needed to be, so I stayed here anyway… Boy, I wish there was a Marriott in Leesburg, as I’m a Bonvoy member, but I chose this place and to not get points due to location. Anyway – Checking in was adequate, but the lady checking me in could have smiled or acted interested. Got to the room, open the door and am hit in the face with the smell of cigarette smoke – YUCK! I thought it was the room, I found out when I got back from dinner (and the smell was mostly gone) it was their exhaust system in the bathroom… It doesn’t seem to do a good enough job pulling all the nasty air out and air much be getting into my room from other rooms, but the smell of cigarettes was very strong and nasty. The bed was comfortable, but the room really needed to be updated. The carpet was nasty and there were the bottles of stuff they hang on the walls (typically in the shower) just laying on the sink, with the wall mount on them, but hey weren’t mounted to the wall. Overall, there’s very poor upkeep and attention to detail here. I didn’t even attempt to try their complimentary breakfast the next morning as I assumed it would be microwaved and not very good/fresh, so I went out. Overall, not sure if I’d stay here again. But I did see that they’re supposedly going to go through a refurbishment at some point.

Nope Nope Nope Ok, so the bedding was clean and the floor wasn’t sticky. But it went downhill from there. We walked into the room and it was meat locker cold. It was 61 degrees and the air conditioner was on full blast. In November. One of the bedside lamps was missing the knob, so we had to unplug it and plug it back in to use it. The floor lamp by the chair sometimes flickered or sometimes didn’t work altogether. There was not a list of TV channels, but there was a sticker with a QR code to get a list. Ok, but the list did not identify the network affiliations. That is completely useless to an out-of-towner. Don’t mistake the whirlpool in the pool area for a hot tub. It is not hot. The ice machines on two floors were out of order. As long as I’m piling on, there were crayon drawings on the wall in the breakfast area. That didn’t affect our stay, but it just contributed to the overall disappointment with this location. The crowning glory and send-off? No hot water the morning of our departure. The response of the front desk: “Oh, that’s unfortunate. There was a break in the line and some rooms were affected and some weren’t.” There is a sign indicating an upcoming renovation. That work is LONG overdue.

Just as good as all the other Hampton Inns. Meets Hampton Inn expectations: exceptionally clean, friendly staff (shout out to Betsy for being such a nice person,) good breakfast, comfortable bed, quiet room. The bathroom sink area in my room was separate from the toilet area, so, if you turn on the light by the sink, it will be seen by anyone in the bed.
