Great place Good value for money and clean. Convenient location. Has available parking and the host/staff are friendly. The check-in and check-out events were smooth. Breakfast was normal but it is sufficient to get you going. The rooms are clean, big bed and nice/chic.

Decent hotel Well located in the center, so easy to walk and a lot of resturants around. nice hotel a little run down so could use some upgrade but room was not bad and breakfast ok with decent choice. Wide shower but not the greatest water pressure. Friendly service and

Fine home base for exploring Hotel is fine. Location works well for exploring Leeuwarden ---- everything easily reachable on foot. And if you come by train, it's super convenient. That said, the property is just ok. As others have mentioned, it just feels tired and in need of an upgrade. The lobby is dark and not very inviting --- the room was clean enough but nothing special. Again --- not bad --- but keep your expectations to a moderate level. The two downsides for us were 1) Although they accept dogs, it doesn't feel dog friendly. You are immediately met with a list of of rules for the dog. While none of the rules were restrictive, it sets an odd tone and we didn't feel welcome. 2) Parking. The parking garage is a few blocks away and has a sketchy feel to it. Never felt unsafe necessarily, but you need your ticket to get into the garage in the evening --- and there must be a reason that it gets locked down at night. Safer I guess, but again -- not great for vibe/feel. If I came again, I'd like look for a boutique hotel in the center of town -- there were a few that we saw walking around.

Good I liked it a lot and it is also 2 minutes from the station. The staff was very friendly and the woman who helped us was very charming, so I recommend it. Thank you for everything.
