Great hotel, horrible beds like sleeping on plywood Wonderful hotel, but the beds were like sleeping on plywood!!! Could not sleep all night the beds were so firm and hard even my sister and her husband complained as well. Contemplating sleeping on the little couch in the living room. They definitely need work with their beds. I stayed in room 216. Not sure if it was just that room, but I begged to differ good luck with the bed situation at this hotel. What a shame because it is a really nice hotel but they need to change up these beds. They are horrible. You will be up all night. !!!

Friendly staff, very clean, great location! The front desk staff is very friendly, very clean hotel, very clean rooms, lots of towels. There were many choices of breakfast options with complementary cookies at the front desk. It’s close to Jim Thor and Penn’s peak. There are several options for lunch and dinner close by. I was a little nervous upon checking in as there was a wedding party and I was worried that it was going to get loud late at night when they came back, but it did not previous reviews mentioned it being noisy because of the highway I did not hear any highway noise from my room would definitely stay at this hotel one of the nicest and cleanest hotels. I’ve stayed in a long time.

Overnight stay Overnight stay. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and well taken care of. In the evening we sat outside by the gas fire pit out front. They had a very nice variety of food set out for the included breakfast. We will definitely be staying there again when we are in the area.

Amazing stay !!! First time here very amazing stay ! Upon checking in staff was amazing ! She checked us in I forgot her name but anyway she was great toom care of us speedy check in ! Also our room was big n clean ! Highway side and nice mountain view ! Also they had fresh cookies baked every day it was awesome!!! Staff very friendly ! Grounds were clean hallways clean ! There a small creek down dirt road by hotel to fish n likely swim and lots of food in the areas ! If we are in the same area again we plan to be back ! I hope this hotel stays up and doesn't fall apart !

Great family place. Nice quiet place. Nice indoor pool and hot tub. Good breakfast, free cookies for kids. Second year coming back here. We love the amenities, pool indoor and hot tub, free breakfast and free cookies and coffee all day. Fire pit with seats out front. Lounge area inside, and out back by the pool. Gym area, conference area, ample parking even with our jetski trailer. Very close to Beltzville Lake.
