Great Stay We had an enjoyable stay. The breakfast and staff were amazing. The location is great. Five minutes walking distance from the nearest train station, ten minutes from city center, so many restaurants and Uber just a call away. The hotel itself can do with some interior repairs though. All in all, it was wonderful.

Nice hotel in a great location Really good location with a nice stroll along New Walk to and from the City centre. We had a good sized, comfortable and clean room. We had dinner one evening and had breakfast on two mornings and the food was really good. All the staff members that we dealt with were lovely. The room was very warm during our summer stay though and was difficult to cool as windows only open a fraction. A fan was supplied but didn't really help.

Rude receptionist! I made a booking on booking.com for 4 nights for one of my employees. Due to unforeseen circumstances he could not attend on the 1st night or the 2nd night. I phoned up the hotel and explained this. They said that due to no one checking in on the first night, they have taken the money for the 4 nights and cancelled our booking for the remainder of the 2 nights, even when I tried to put a different employee in there for the remainder of the 2 nights. The receptionist who I was speaking with was abrupt, rude and short with me after I said I don't think it's very fair that they have done this. Telling me to go through booking.com and after I said I will, her response was 'You do that then!' in her demeaning tone.

Very nice hotel in convenient location for the city Beautiful bedrooms, all clean and powerful shower. The bed was very comfortable Very friendly staff in all areas of the hotel who were helpful in ordering taxis. Delicious breakfast with many options. Nice outdoor seating area for a pre dinner drink.

Graduation stay Lovely hotel we had a spacious room on 2nd floor bed was large and comfortable and the breakfast had a good selection of options.Chose the hotel as it was close to DeMonfort Hall where our daughter was graduating and was also close enough to walk to city centre and had free parking which some city centre hotels didn't and was reasonably good value as well
