Studio 6 Lenexa, KS - Overland Park

Super Picky traveler, Satisfied Completely!!! In the area with work and I have been 100% satisfied with my stay at Studio 6 and that's saying A LOT because I'm an extremely hard person to please when it comes to lodging ! . My room was super clean, quiet, very spacious with an updated kitchenette and super accommodating friendly staff. There's no cookware in the kitchens themselves but they have a ton of stuff that you can use,..anything you might possibly need to prepare a meal upon request. Don't let the price of this one deter you, I almost did and soo glad I didn't.

Mostly wonderful This is a budget place, so we weren't expecting much. However, our room was very clean, updated and in excellent, almost-new condition. We were very comfortable here. Bring your own toiletries. If you want to use the kitchenette, you might need to bring your own pots/pans/table service, etc. The kitchen cupboards were empty. To be fair, maybe the check-in desk would have provided kitchen supplies if we had asked. We didn't need them, so we didn't ask. The only drawback is that the entire first floor seemed to be occupied by sketchy people who seemed to be living there. But they caused us no trouble and there wasn't any trouble with our car overnight in the parking lot. I think we would return if in the area again.

My Fantastic Experience My husband, myself and our 2 cats were displaced by an apartment fire on April 29th. We stayed here until our new apartment was found and available on June 17th. The entire staff including Ashley, Heather , Claudia and the rest of the team went above and beyond to help us feel at home. There were fresh towels and sheets as needed and there was maid service weekly. Because our 2 cats had to be rescued from the fire, they were skidding and housekeeping was sincerely careful and only came by when we were home to be able to keep them in a safe spot. The kitchenette was well stocked with cookware. Note, there is no oven but there is a 2 burner stove top and microwave, coffee pot and toaster. The laundry is on the first floor as is the excersize room with a bike and treadmill. We never felt insecure. It was a well taken care of property with a trash can on premise. Parking was fairly plentiful and it was convenient to have a QT across the street and grocery stores just up Lackman. It was actually a bit bittersweet to leave. I'll always be grateful to them as they gave us a sence of normalcy that we needed. With a deep gratitude, thank you

Surprise kitchen We were quite surprised when we walked in the room and found a kitchen. So decided to take a night off from the nightly routine of dining out on our trip. When we had to go out to make a few purchases, the front desk was very helpful with directions. Room was quite clean. Good value.

10 stars for Ashley Flew very early and was very tired and admittedly a little grumpy upon arrival to check-in. How fortunate I was that Ashley was in duty! With a friendly hello and big smile my mood immediately improved! She opened a drawer and pulled out my keys. "You are in room 417". The room was already assigned and the whole transaction was complete in less than a minute. She made some excellent restaurant recommendations. The room was large and had a kitchenette. It was clean, quiet and the room temperature remained constant at the setting. Great experience and I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again and again.
