Highly recommend This hotel deserves its excellent ratings. Chris C. personally ensured that my special requests were met. He is a consummate professional. Grace and her co-employee served breakfast efficiently and graciously. The front desk was helpful, even when dealing with large tour groups. Everything was clean and quiet. Great location on Route 20 near attractions and dining.

Great hotel choice! This was the cleanest and most efficiently run hotel where I have stayed in a few years! We usually stay at chain hotels - Marriott, Hilton, IHG, or Choice hotels - where the prices are good and cancellation policies are clear and allow cancellation for any reason within a few days or sometimes the night prior to check in. We had a great stay at this hotel and the ONLY things I could complain about are the low pressure at the bathroom sink, and the king size flat sheet being too short crosswise on the bed! I did not mention these things to the staff, as these things were so minor to our stay. Staff were all friendly and seemed to be hard working employees. Breakfast was run efficiently (nothing ran out – things were monitored and restocked) and our every request (new towels, shower supplies - we only stayed 2 nights and declined housekeeping) was handled immediately! Thanks for a wonderful stay in the Berkshires/Lenox area!!!

Nice, clean & convenient. I’ve stayed here a few times before. We go with friends every few years to the Berkshires for a few days. The hotel is nice, as was the staff. The rooms need a bit of upgrading, new furniture & the sheet kept com off the bed. They also need to upgrade their toaster in the breakfast buffet area. They had a 2 slice toaster for about a dozen people when we were there. It’s conveniently located & I would stay there again.

Hideaway Kind of hidden at night, in wooded area. Lovely and quiet. Good breakfast buffet after a good night's sleep. Would stay here again, if we were ever back this way. Location close to highway connections we used to get to Stockbridge for Norman Rockwell Museum.

Location, Location, Location and . . . . . . . .The staff, from the front desk to housekeeping, is great. They are very friendly, extremely helpful, and knowledgeable. This is our 4th stay at this Hampton and they create a warm and welcoming culture that adds to our enjoyment as guests. The location is perfect. While the address is Pittsfield, the hotel is actually on Route 20 about halfway between Pittsfield and Lee. So, you turn right and it's about 10 minutes to Lee or Lenox; turn left and it is approximately 10 minutes to Pittsfield. Stockbridge is a slightly longer trip. In addition, the hotel sits back off Route 20 up on a slight hill away from the highway noise. From the back of the hotel you have a nice view of the Berkshires (see photo). The guest rooms, hallways, entrance, common areas, fitness center, etc. are always exceptionally clean ---- a very important factor in our decision to stay at a hotel! All hotel guests are entitled to a complimentary breakfast. The self-serve buffet includes lots of options --- hot and cold cereal, waffles, pastries, eggs, sausage or bacon, fried potatoes, fresh fruit, yogurt, and, of course, coffee and tea. There is a small fitness center with a stationary bike, treadmill, Pelaton, and rack of weights (photos). There are some chairs and umbrellas around the back of the hotel (photo).
