Two thumbs up! Great location, well maintained pool, excellent breakfast, and warm hospitality. Very much enjoyed my conversations with Stan, the owner/manager. He was a great source of local information and helpful in every way.

Getting back to visiting Lenox.... We have been visiting Lenox for at least ten years, but usually because we added some days to our concert tickets dates. This time, it was just a planned escape after the crazy of COVID, so we could both get some writing done, and enjoy the place that we so loved. I am happy to say that Hampton Terrace Inn remains one of the most remarkable, peaceful, and consistent ways to visit Lenox. Stan, as always, was on top of all details. The breakfast remains out of this world (chocolate French Toast rocks, please keep that recipe). We will be back, and we are so glad to see that our fine hosts persevered. But mostly - and this is important - just a welcoming place when we could all just appreciate that we got through it all, and we appreciate each other. .... Cycling Tour of the Berkshires - We started at the Hampton Terrace Inn We are a group of tandem cyclists and we started our tour at the Hampton Terrace Inn. The rooms were spotless and Stan was extremely attentive to our needs -- even stocking up on bananas at breakfast. The Inn's location is perfect for exploring Lenox on foot. We enjoyed having some common areas that we could gather as a group. As a tour organizer, we really appreciate when an inn keeper is responsive. Stan was exceptionally responsive before our trip as well as during the stay. We would definitely stay here again.

Cozy accommodations & Great Location We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend at this romantic inn. Extremely clean rooms, comfortable beds, and an excellent location. We happily enjoyed strolling in and out of town. The fireplaces and jacuzzis were decadent! Stan was a gracious and attentive host. Thank you!

Nice stay We went for the weekend recently. My husband and I enjoyed it. We booked the Rosalyn Elkan suite -- very clean, quiet, and check-in was easy and contactless (same with check-out). Stan, the owner, checked in with us frequently via text during our stay to make sure all was good. The inn is located within walking distance of town shops and restaurants. Also, nearby is Canterbury Farm, a good spot for snowshoeing. We would book here again.
