Quaint hotel I have come here a couple of times now for a work conference. The hotel/rooms are just so quaint. If there was more to see & do in the local area I’d bring my husband for a weekend getaway. There is a restaurant on site that is a lovely atmosphere and the food was good. There is a large well decorated space for weddings, conferences etc. There is a spa onsite but I have never gone to it. Rooms are a very nice size & includes a small fridge, microwave, single cup coffee maker. There is a very small work out area as well.

An easy 5 stars but for the noise in our type of room I really wanted to give this 5 stars, but I, unfortunately, couldn’t. There was so much good. We stayed in Lancaster House, 506. It’s a Tuscany Inspired building and it really showed. It’s beautiful. Our room was stunning. It had a 10-foot ceiling with exposed beams, Venetian plaster, and rustic wood doors. It’s beautiful. I felt like we were in Tuscany in Lancaster. The bathroom was huge (with a weird half door). The shower had waterfall and hand shower options (great water pressure). The shower had beautiful stone and tile and every amenity. The robes were heavy and plush. The building had free, cold bottled water. It had a really nice gym and sauna. And there was a billiards room with a nice table. There is a huge spa, a coffee shop, and what looked like a nice Italian restaurant on site. And the staff was friendly and professional. They even gave us a free bottle of champagne when they learned it was my wife’s birthday. The location is solid. 15 mins from downtown and also close to things like Kitchen Kettle and Bird-in-Hand farmer’s market. So why only 4 stars? Noise, if you stay in the lower level of Lancaster House? Why? It’s below the spa and beginning at about 7 am we heard constant foot steps on wooden floors. Think horses trotting on paved roads or tap dancing. We wanted to sleep until 9 am but no chance. The noise was constant. I checked it out and while the wood floors in the spa were carpeted when I walked on them, I heard my every step. The Inn needs to, at the very least, install heavy duty carpet in the spa. But I fear that the wood beneath needs to be upgrade to 3/4 inch ply or nailed down more securely and probably adding a layer of soundproofing. I’d demand a refund from the architect for not addressing this issue. Beyond that only a quibble or two. The comforter in our room should be a bit thicker (we were a bit cold) of add an extra blanket in the closet. And the website can use a refresh. It’s hard to get a sense of the room types. I stayed in the place and can’t easily tell what type of room we stayed in. So what’s the verdict? We’ll be back, but not in a room in the lower level of Lancaster House, which is unfortunate as the room was spectacular. If you are an early riser then by all means stay in this type of room, you won’t regret it.

VERY poor management and Zero communication CANCELLED my reservation! Booked a "Girlfriends Getaway Package" thought all was OK. They called me to make a room change and informed me it would be 300 plus dollars more for the package "advantages". I said that the website said room plus extras were "THE" package. Nobody could explain wanting the extra $300 plus dollars. Made a phone call to the front desk, who understood my problem. Said they would get back to me. Two weeks went by so I called the Hotel manager who also did not return my call. Tried one more call to the hotel manager and still never got a call back. I don't like to give my hard earned money to people who do not care about their customers one bit.

Wonderful Inn We have frequented the Inn on several occasions. The accommodations are wonderful. The spa is first rate. The restaurant is equally fantastic. What is remembered most are the staff. They treated us like family and we could have not asked for anything more. This hidden gem is perfect for a couples night out. They are close to the local attractions. Leola is worth the stop.

Amazing Place Hidden treasure I'd say. But it seems very popular with travellers. Rooms were huge with a semi pantry area, super long double hand wash basin and two double beds decked out ans decorated so prettily. Staff very helpful and dinner we had at the barn was delightful. So was the breakfast. Not far away is the Giant supermarket. Great place to unwind and enjoy a good break.
