Great Potential but missed the mark 5 star…..Convenience 5 star…..front desk staff 5 star…..Shuttle transfer staff and efficiency 4 star…..fly and park parking. Parking tight but workable 1 star……..bathroom tub filthy! Phone filthy! Bed clean and comfortable This hotel has great potential and I was clearly shocked when I looked at the Bethel. We arrived at 8 PM for a park and fly package. Otherwise I would not have stayed because of the bath tub.

Rodent Infested Came in town for funeral. Had got 2 rooms. One room could only get 2 tv channels and had mice. Switch rooms and then had 4 mice in room. Mgr keeps telling front desk he not there. So we eventually checked out. The hotel is run down and rodent infested Do not stay there

Dirty, loud, unorganized Room was very dirty. corners not swept in weeks. Large puddle of water on floor. stains on every sheet and pillow case. Switched rooms and it was across from checkin where guests arrive in the wee hours and have to talk through bulletproof glass so it's LOUD. Crap stored in lobby. Does not look ANYTHING like the pictures. Stay away. Choice Hotels - this place is a stain on your reputation. You need to fire the manager

Nasty and Unsanitary!!!! DON'T BOOK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This place is very nasty and the staff are so unprofessional..Wen I got my room booked and arrived on the property the room was so dirty and they switch it However the room that I got was still the same.On top of that I woke up with Rats and Mice inside my room. The phone didn't work and when I call for some help this worker named BILL said he couldn't help me and will try to locate a maintenance person who will give me Mice/Rat traps but I had to put them down myself. THIS PLACE IS A MESS AND SHOULD WE SHUT DOWN. I WILL NEVER EVER COME BACK HERE AGAIN!

The only solution is to close it This hotel is a dump. I should’ve known better due to the ratings, and how it got as much as 2 stars is beyond me. The Quality group truly needs to come around and see how their brand is being completely trashed here. Bathroom walls and door have holes that received a 5 minute patch, carpets are sticky filthy, we booked a king room (how funny) and was given a two full size beds room, and the stench of freshly smoked marijuana comes out of the rooms as one walks by. Our room had a stench we could not identify, sort of dusty chemically. We only had 5 hours to rest so we didn’t bother with cancelling and all that. When checking in one stands outside in the cold and works through this puny little service window with the clerk, no welcoming lobby experience. They cannot pay me to stay here again.
