Stay before and after raft trip Hotel room was clean but needs new pillows and bathrooms need a remodel. Front staff was nice but issues with rooms given to guests that weren’t cleaned yet. The breakfast was good. Air conditioner was a great relief with 110 outside. For what we paid it all seemed reasonable.

Dated This hotel is clean but very dated. The wifi in the room was poor. Furniture at check-in needed dusting. Pillows were old and lumpy. The bedding was well worn. Housekeeping only every three days "due to Covid"! This in a state with a 39% vaccination rate and where, in a week, I saw almost no one wearing a mask including no one on hotel staff. This is the only hotel I have stayed in, in three countries, in over a decade with no in-room safe. The restaurant was very good and reasonably priced.

In 30 years of traveling worse hotel. Haven’t stayed here since it was a Red Lion, back then this was a top notch hotel. Quick check in and put bags in room. Went to MJ Barelyhoppers for a wobble pop after a long drive. Place virtually empty on a Friday night but still could not get service. Went back to room and floor has not been vacuumed in who knows when. Got up this morning for a shower, pulled back the curtain and wall was covered in hair, not mine. Back of toilet completely filthy and disgusting. I’m a Hilton Diamond member but stayed here because it was less money and has an on site restaurant and bar, I’ll never make that mistake again. Update today (next day) came back and no cleaning service. Not sure if this is retaliation from complaining or just old fashion incompetence. Just WOW please for the love of god do not stay here.

Sports This hotel is disgusting. Sheets are stained, pillows are yellowed with drool stains on them, air conditioner/heater door would not close, mirrors are dirty, carpet dirty. You can hear everything in the halls as there is a large gap under the door. The hotel just needs a deep cleaning, new bedding...It had a buffet for breakfast and the gal who was working was very friendly. The food was ok. When we got there, arrival was easy for us.

Dirty dishes comfortable beds, friendly staff. dishes at our buffet were dirty. Service in the bar was sllllowww.the fish and chips weren't very good. had to go to the front desk to get TP. no decaf coffee anywhere, and the coffee in the lobby was always out.
