THE Premier hotel when staying in Lexington! My family and I experienced Lexington staying at this wonderful property! If I can persuade anybody reading this review to stay here, you will not be disappointed. What a great Location, Great Hotel and even better Hotel Staff. When visiting the Lexington area, this should be your first choice. The General Manager Mike Curd even took the time to send us an email thanking us for staying with them! We should have been the first to thank him and congratulate him on managing this fantastic property. Thank you Mr. Curd and give your Team Members a standing ovation! Anyone reading this be sure to Treat yourself to this property ASAP.....

The reason my loyalty is with Hilton I’ve had the pleasure of staying here multiple times and only had one unpleasant stay that was more than rectified to restore my confidence in the Hilton name. Honestly- I had hesitated writing this because the DT with Hilton is Lexington’s best kept secret. I have also been treated with respect and appreciation. Everyone who was working during my stay deserves recognition but the stand out has to go to our housekeepers! Although some language barriers, I was patient as they were with me and were able to communicate effectively. Always smiling and willing to help- really made this trip stress free. Thanks DT with Hilton of Lexington KY, for acknowledging your guests as valuable and for this, you will keep my loyalty.

Needs strong House Keeper We have stayed numerous times at this hotel and watched the decline. Last two years we stayed at the Marriott as it became unacceptable. The constant empty promises of a refit. Finally they did it so we returned. The bathrooms have been brought out of the medieval times into the 20th century. Room and furniture upgraded. TV not, ac still noisy and heating didn’t work twice. We stayed two times over thanksgiving as we went to Louisville for one night. The bar was great and Rho(?), the bartender is brilliant. The repetition of mistakes was constant, bottles fixed to shower wall were out of product both times. Heating didn’t work both times as the renovation didn’t include mechanical only bathroom and furniture. The thing that really pissed us off was that we got back to the room and it hadn’t been serviced, when we called down they told us that we had to request service to have it done!! Ridiculous! If it wasn’t for Rho I’d give it three stars for lack of service

Great hotel EVERYTHING in my room was fantastic. The bathroom was a great surprise for a hotel. The bed was incredibly comfortable. I used the balcony while doing some work. Very relaxing! The food was wonderful. The atrium is absolutely beautiful. All staff has been helpful and professional. I

Great rooms as long as they face away from the atrium Have stayed here at least three times the last three months. Each stay has been pretty good. I like the rooms/suites. Plenty of space, newly renovated, very comfortable. You do not want a room that faces the atrium however as the noise from the restaurant and bar downstairs echos tremendously, especially if you are there on the weekend. The room is metal and the floor is tile, so there is zero deadening of the sound. If your room faces the outside though it's great, those are odd numbered rooms. The bathroom in the room is nice and has a very large shower. Access to the hotel is a bit tricky from the road and feels oddly placed where it's at. Parking can be confusing. I recommend parking in the back of the building as it's a shorter walk thru the atrium to the hotel. The front of the hotel faces a strip mall on both sides of the parking lot and does not feature parking for hotel guests. I would skip the breakfast at this hotel. Service was average and the price was over $20 for a trip to the buffet. I did find that meal service at the bar was better and the food was fresh and hot there, however the bar tender did not know how to make a proper Moscow Mule or Ranch Water. $30 for two drinks that weren't made or served correctly is expensive, maybe my fault for not ordering bourbon served like the locals like I guess.
