Good location We were assigned room 1103, which is connecting room to 1105. The room is a bit poorly lit by the desk area, there needs to be a desk lamp there. The window to the room overlooks Triangle Park. In room there is a safe, microwave, coffee/tea equipment. This is one of those hotels with an awkward bathroom door. You can't step out of the tub/shower if the door is open. I find this design flaw in a lot of hotels. The tub/shower drain is a bit slow. The pool is heated, which made it hard for me to stay in it for long. There is also a hot tub. The hotel is connected by sky bridge to nearby hotels across the street on both sides, nice feature on a bad weather day.

Needs work The hotel was undergoing renovations during our conference, which we knew about in advance, but problems were so widespread as to be inexcusable. One person's room had no hot water at all. My original room had no cold water, and the air conditioning was broken. Other sleeping rooms were ice-cold and people couldn't get them any warmer. Some of the elevators were out of service, and one person got stuck -- twice! -- in one of the supposed working elevators. To top it off, when I checked out, the desk clerk did not bother to ask me how my stay was. The food was OK and our event ran smoothly, but the guest experience was poor.

Worst Hilton EVER! Worst Hilton I’ve ever stayed at and I have stayed at many! This is truly an embarrassment for the Hilton brand … just atrocious!!! The room temperature was in the 80s and we could not sleep. The staff showed no concern except for an offer to move to another room which was less money and not in the VIP floor. We had unpacked everything and moving was not an option for us. The entire floor was having AC issues yet they continued to book rooms. The level of poor customer service was evident.

A+ Staff and a Great Stay Excellent stay in the heart of Lexington. The highlight of our trip was the staff, who could not have been any more accommodating. Bryna (reservations coordinator), Eleanor (cafe), Jenna (manager), and Sativa, Jalesia, and Maekayah at the front desk exemplify customer service. We were there for an extended family wedding, and this crew went above and beyond in every respect. From helping us arrange for wedding guests to receive gift bags at check-in, to assisting us with a special birthday celebration for my wife in the common area, these folks were simply the best. I look forward to returning to Lexington and staying here again in the future. Great food, great bar, clean and comfortable rooms, and everything within walking distance. Highly and enthusiastically recommended!

OK; Way too expensive Not near worth the tab ..... they may be renovating or should be. I was surprised to see a lot had not changed much since the place used to be the Raddison, thirty years ago. I worked next door at that time and everything was new and very well run. This time - so many years later - as I said; not much had changed and certainly nothing better I observed. I will say their restaurant was good and appeared well managed.
