Do Not Stay There. Management Doesn’t Care Very unhappy with our stay. We stayed July 1. The next morning I took a shower. I was all soaped up when the water stopped. No water! I was covered in soap. The water outage lasted half an hour. I complained when we checked out and was told the manager would call me. She didn’t. I called when I got back home and was told the manager was on another line and would call me soon. Never called. I called Marriott Corporate and was told my room rate would be refunded. It wasn’t. I called back and they offered me Marriott Points! I don’t want points, I want the refund I was promised Management doesn’t care. Don’t stay there

Great report The resort was great and our room was beautiful! We played 18 at the golf course and relaxed by the pool on our short trip to Lexington and had a great time. The employees were so nice and accommodating! Oh and The towels were so soft!!! We hope to be back soon

mid week get away visit outstanding resort, was a problem with being hot at night but management is aware of the issue and are taking steps to get it fixed, golf, pickleball courts and an outstanding pool that served good food and drinks. plenty to do in a safe and secluded part of town, yet only a 10 min drive downtown to many outstanding restaurants. grounds are well kept and the staff we encountered were always willing to help, special shout out to the desk manager who put the Churchill downs races on the big screen outside, made for an enjoyable day. we definitely plan on returning.

Awful as far as the next question how do you take a picture of heat I guess I could have took pictures of all seven ice It was an extremely hot week the hotel's lobby was extremely hot 81° to be exact all the hallways elevators were all 81 or 83°. The air conditioning in our room was so loud and noisy you couldn't sleep at night no ice on all seven floors no ice anywhere in the hotel you couldn't even drink a soda pop nothing if you wanted if you unless you wanted to drink it hot there was no ice at all in the hotel very uncomfortable

Not as nice as you may think Family and I decided to just do a ge away so we wanted somewhere new. From visual aspects the hotel is well maintained but that's just the beginning. Problems with our reservation and room stayed 76 degrees way to hot when I mentioned to staff yea they go me a fan but was still hot id like to have been moved rooms so stay wasn't comfortable
