Not worth it!!!! I stayed at the Sleep Inn and Suites Indoor Waterpark recently with my boyfriend. It seemed okay at first- okay room that was relatively clean if sparse, microwave and fridge (but shouldn’t have been so low at kid level), and nice big bed. The bed was the best part, very comfy and spacious. However, we were quickly disillusioned. We had chosen this hotel so my boyfriend’s son could play in the pool and on the slide. However, the slide is only available from 4-9 pm, so the little guy couldn’t go on it during the day. On top of that, there was a condom wrapper by the hot tub. And who knows the last time the pool restrooms had been cleaned. Additionally, the free hot breakfast was very disappointing. The eggs were powdered, the sausages were either burnt or not cooked, the cereal was stale, tiny juice and coffee cups, and no variety of different foods. Moreover, the WIFI/Internet was very spotty, and phones and other devices couldn’t connect to them for long. Not to mention the TV was too small. Also, found ants in the room on the desk. When we tried to talk to the staff about everything, they were lazy and rude and didn’t care. I personally wouldn’t stay at this hotel, it is really not worth the high cost of the rooms. Advertised as a nice hotel, but comes off as a motel 6.

Eh The hotel was decently clean. The hallway had a really strong marijuana smell. Friday night’s lifeguard was super racist. She allowed my white friends to drink their beers in the Waterpark but proceeded to make the poc family open their drinks to let her smell them and then kicked the mother out of the hot tub for having acrylic nails.

Dirty and rundown Don’t let the indoor Waterpark fool you. This place is falling apart and dirty! There are stains all over the floor, mattress, and couch. Not far from the airport but the distance isn’t worth it. We stayed less than 24 hours and I’m so grateful for that.

Stay away! Terrible service and maintenance. Stay away!! I have travelled all over N America and western Europe of many years - I was on the road for an average of 26 weeks/year for over 20 years. This was among my bottom 5 experiences ever. 1) Even tho' there was a hiigh-tech Visio TV system installed, it didn't "work"; specifically, even tho' I rebooted 3X, each time I tried to access any set of channels, after searching for minutes, it gave a message that the internet wasn't connected, yet each time I went to "settings", and tht told me that internet was indeed connected, and the signal was strong. I went to the desk clerk, and he offered to let us change rooms. It was after 9:00 pm, and my wife wasn't feeling well, and the disturbance wasn't something she wanted to deal with. 2) the electrical outlets available over the desk were so old that I was unable to keep my phone charger plugged in. I had to unplug the coffee machine and the lamp. 3) Toilet didn't flush several times without the need to lift the tank cover and manually assist the lever and flush valve. 4) bathroom floor finish was so slippery with my athletic shoes that I had to be very careful not to fall (it was dry) 5) very poor attention to detail - a further example is that the alarm clock on the night stand was set an hour ahead, and the phone flashed that we had a message (non message was there). I will only tell people NOT to go there! it is not worth anywhere near the charged rate. Most Motel 6s are ahead of that particular facility!

Great staff make for great stays!!! The hotel was an excellent choice for our family. Our two toddlers 2 and 4 loved the water park. The hotel was fine - not the newest or fanciest - but the staff was uniformly excellent and accommodating. Manager Paige was very helpful, but all staff were kind, helpful and professional. I even saw a desk clerk help an elderly gentleman who had arrived at the wrong location. The desk clerk was very professional and gracious, ensuring that the gentleman's reservation was cancelled at the missed hotel, and moved to the Liberty location. The capstone was that the staff contacted us to ensure we retrieved a lost personal item that they located. Can't say enough about the great staff at this location!!!
