Things like that really make the experience the best. I need to say that Hailey is the best. She was bubbly and an example of true professionalism at the welcome desk, she greeted me with an amazing smile and took care to let me know about all of what Howard Johnson has to offer its guest. I felt welcomed like I was at home. Thanks Hailey.

Overnight Our group enjoyed our stay along our journey to Niagara Falls and the good customer service. Checked in late but had a good stay.

Nice Size facility Nice large ball room. Not many hotels have such a large room for big events. It was nice to have ice water available during our event.

Comfortable stay at a reasonable price! Everything was clean, staff was courteous and helpful. Bed was comfortable and the towels were so soft. The pool area was set up nice and the sauna is available 24 hours which was convenient and a great way to unwind and relax after traveling.
