Perfect Stay Hidden Gem! Stopped in Lincoln and wanted separate rooms for family members. This hotel was perfect. It is an apartment style hotel with a separate room for privacy and loft. It included a kitchen and washer and dryer. Our family loved how clean and quiet it was. We would recommend this location to anyone with families. Perfect for groups

We were lucky to find this oasis in the city of Lincoln! Annabell Gardens felt like a resort. Our room (more like a suite) was newly renovated with leather couches, cherrywood counters, a fireplace and other unexpected amenities. The property is meticulously well kept. During our stay we enjoyed the pool, the outside games, and my daughters could not resist the ice cream and slushie machines in the lobby. Any time I stay in Lincoln, this will be my new go to spot!

10/10 recommend!!! What a wonderful place to stay. A hidden gem inside of Lincoln and a staycation that certainly did not disappoint! I highly recommend this immaculately clean property. Ty and the staff were very welcoming & friendly. I will definitely be back.

Excellent experience. Very clean and spacious. Complimentary breakfast was amazing! Ty is incredible, so hospitable! Our family of six moved across the country from VA to NE and working with Ty, the sales manager, was seamless. The option to have our family & 2 pets together in one room was amazing. We even got into Lincoln a day early and everyone was so accommodating. The area was safe and quiet. Walking distance to Scooters is always a plus. We would recommend this space to any of our guests traveling into Lincoln.

Home away from home I was needing somewhere to be my temporary home and Annabell Gardens made my two months away from home, comfortable. There is a spectacular courtyard, the rooms are cozy apartment style and the staff are warm to all guests. Any concerns or questions I had were met with care and integrity. Breakfast is a wonderful variety every morning. There’s plenty of supplies available in the rooms or from staff. Pool area is warm and beautiful. I’m grateful for the stay, support and memories I made during my stay. Annabell Gardens will be on my “go to” places to stay during any visit to Lincoln.
