Small rooms, minimal amenities Spent 3 nights. Rooms will not be cleaned unless you spend 4 nights. We requested towels...they were dropped off but the dirty towels were left on the floor. The only breakfast option is their Starbucks..... 2 small coffees and an oj for $12. No Wi in the rooms. . We felt like we were at a cheap motel.

So much amazing things in one place. I really enjoyed my time at the Marriott resort Lincolnshire. Billy Sullivan and Ray Platt run a very good hotel and are great resources if anything goes awry. Speaking of great…. There’s a lot of awesome things happening on this resort campus. the restaurants were incredible. The M club is nice. The pool area is really elegant on how it flows in with the pond. Unfortunately the theatre was closed due to CoVID, but I look forward to coming back. Definitely recommend it for people who are looking for a resort campus without paying too much money.

Nice resort , great walking trail I just stayed here for a business conference . We had a nice dinner in the on site restaurant. I went out fir walks several tines on the nearby gravel trail . It’s the Des Plaines river trail, part of the Illinois trail system. Very pleasant peaceful walk. The resort has a nice indoor pool, Coffee bar and great meeting rooms . A getaway close to the city. Enjoy

Great personnel and location - - - very enjoyable stay The biggest difference in hotels stays we find is the personnel of the hotel . . . how the hotel associates greet you upon arrival, interact with you throughout the stay, and send you off upon leaving their property. My wife and I were blessed that our first encounter was with Everardo at the front desk. Everardo treated us like royalty upon our arrival, insuring we were well taken care of which made us feel extremely welcomed and special. Surprisingly enough, Everardo also checked us out upon leaving. Everardo made a lasting impression when he asked up if we would like a beverage for our travel home . . . first class associate. We also ate in the hotel's lounge. Food was very good, and the young lady Cynthia who waited upon us was friendly and smiled as she answered many of our questions. If you are a runner/walker/biker their is a very nice trail right outside the hotel, which we took advantage with a morning run. This Marriott is in a very quiet part of town with access to a lot of areas restaurants. Great stay, again how you are welcomed and treated throughout a hotel stay makes an incredible difference. Incredible Experience I don’t give 5-stars easily but I was incredibly blown away by the customer service at the Linconshire Marriott Resort. I was reluctant to travel during the Covid-19 pandemic and postponed a work-related trip too many times before scheduling my stay. Not only was the entire staff professional and respectful of your space but the layout and decor was beautiful! It was by far the best value stay I have every come across. I highly recommend this stay!
