Wonderful as always. Great stay! Room was clean, bed was incredibly comfortable, great water pressure in the shower, check-in and check-out was seamless with the app. Took the free shuttle to the Amtrak station with Lay as my driver, easy drive and great conversation!

Nothing but the best. A big shoutout to my favorite ladies at the front desk that never disappoint. Great attitude and always ready to help. Mahin, Daniella (who promised to be my tour guide on a visit to the Philippines) and of course Lay who goes above and beyond with impeccable service. Vicky is great! Vicky was very very helpful. Southwest booked me last minute. She made sure I was in a room I was comfortable in. I had never stayed in Baltimore before and was stressed as I did not plan on an overnight layover. Vicky made the entire experience so much less stressful and had great hospitality.

Good customer service Kym at check in reception was very pleasant and informative. She provided excellent customer service. The bed was really comfortable and had a good sleep after an internatuonal flight. Easy transfer from airport with shuttle bus. Driver was also very pleasant. Overall very satisfied with stay.
