Wonderful experience and location Right from the get go, this nice lady Teyresha who answered the phone at La Quinta BWI whose voice was a smile. She was so kind and helpful for us 2 seniors to book a night before our early 7 a.m. flight. We needed a shuttle at 5 a.m. and assured us this is possible without doubt. Relieved we were as we counted on this transportation to secure our check in for our Seattle flight and onward to Honolulu. Could NOT miss the flight; hence, the tour. Upon arrival, she checked us in with room ready to go. She directed us toward the complementary coffee/tea while she secured the room key. Room was clean and beds great. Very quiet room on 1st floor several yards from lobby which made everything convenient. Right on the minute, the 4 a.m. phone call came. 5 a.m. sharp, the shuttle was ready. This is what I call "customer service" 5 star. Reliability is what counts when an early morning flight from BWI is involved. We thank her and La Quinta for having a reliable and considerate employee who takes her job seriously with kindness and competence. Kudos to La Quinta BWI.

Education Sunday at the church ⛪️ The hotel was in good condition. The room was nice and modern, and it was just what I needed for an overnight stay. The breakfast was good! The desk clerk was very polite and assisted very well. Customer service was top-notch! 10 minutes to the airport and 10 minutes to B-more!

Vehicle vandalized We got back from visiting our daughter at the Air Force base and our vehicle had clips on the windshield wiper. It started raining on 695. It sounded like nails on a chalkboard when we turned on the windshield wipers. You can’t pull over on 695. I’m not sure if it ruined our windshield yet. It’s early morning.

Travel to airport Everything was great, except it took at least 30 minutes to get picked up from the airport after I called. I don't k ow if that is normal with other area hotels

Comfortable and Nice I booked this hotel for a one-night stay near the airport after missing my connection. The online booking process was easy, and I checked in beforehand, picking up my keys upon arrival. The hotel offers a 24-hour airport shuttle; Antwon, our driver, was great and suggested local restaurants. The front desk agents, Darlene and Andrea, were pleasant, as was our shuttle driver on the morning of August 15th. The room featured a comfortable bed, strong AC, and Dove shower amenities.
