Everything you need is in the house with beauty The hotel is very beautiful with everything included that is needed to have a great time. Stacie and the Front Desk staff were very helpful and friendly. Thank you so much for the upgrade to help us have the best time ever with all the extra space. Your shuttle service, happy hour with hot made to order breakfast were phenomenal. The staff overall, especially the housekeeping makes your hotel our home away from home when we are in the DC area. Definitely, thanks again to Stacie for the dance! We will and have shared it with the world _

Reliable and dependable property, will stay here anytime Always reliable for a good stay prior to leaving for a morning flight the next day. My rooms have always been clean and well stocked, public spaces are clean and well-maintained, and front desk/housekeeping/maintenance folks have been exceptionally friendly and willing to help with whatever I may need. This is one property that is very reliable and has never let me down.

No air conditioning except for the room, poor water pressure and roach found in our room. Skip this hotel!!! I’d rate this a 1 out of 5. There is only air conditioning in the actual room. The atrium, the hallways and lobby have NO AIR CONDITIONING and this is in July. Food was not great and one family member found a roach on her room. Another found a spider in the dining area. Poor water pressure in the shower. We were told the air conditioning is not broken. The hotel said it is too expensive to have in these areas, because of the atrium. I have been to many Embassy Suites with atriums and they all have air conditioning throughout the hotel. Really put a major damper on our visit. Skip this hotel.

Awful experience in all ways Broken toilet, rude “Director of front desk” hot humid hallways even with coolers, ran out of breakfast foods an hour before breakfast even ended, people sleeping with luggage on couches in the lobby , parking was a mess , way too crowded in the lots One elevator still not working from the last reviews I read, took forever to get an elevator , asked for an extra blanket 3x never got one Short staffed , need to fix problems that you say are being addressed and you are working on in your response to the other negative reviews I read. The lack of security and no camera in the parking lot is unacceptable, still crimes going on in June 2024. Hope you post this to warn others about this location and we are Marriott members! Response please

Customer service top notch, hotel bottom rating Breakfast staff were very patient, friendly, kind and helpful. The check in women for breakfast has a tuff job, some people weren’t very nice to her and she handled it very well. Dorian was very nice and a hard worker. She made sure people had what they need and always had a smile on her face. This hotel needs a face lift! The rug I. Our room had a hole in it. The rug looked like it need to be replace 10 year ago. Elevators not working for more then a day is ridiculous! Check out in the morning with only one elevator running in this large hotel took a very long time.
